Luke and Harrison are absolutely phenomenal. It was by far the best buying experience, with absolutely no pressure. It was relaxed and I was proactively offered to try on a few options. Luke spent a considerable amount of time with me (which I truly appreciate) and talked me through various watches. This was such an emotional experience and whilst the must see this day in day out, Luke & Harrison were very patient and supportive with me, in fact this enabled me to make up my mind and select this piece. I had my wife and the kids with me and they welcomed us all to the store. Thanks a ton team LBJ, I will be back for the Pepsi soon :)

Rolex Submariner Purchase
I picked up my first Rolex from LBJ watches in 2024. I was originally nervous in spending such a large amount for a watch outside of an authorised dealer however the team (Mark, Harrison and Luke) made me feel at ease, walked me through the different options available, were very accommodating when I couldn't make up my mind and finally provided great after sale support. I am very pleased with my new Submariner. I also recently conducted a routine service with Rolex and I know I can rest easy that LBJ Watches provide genuine and competitive timepieces exactly as advertised. Thank you!

Very friendly and prodfessional service
I had been after a Rolex GMT for some years, and eventually found one at LBJ for a great price. I picked the watch up in person and was greeted by Luke and Harrison, both of whom were very friendly, helpful and professional. The watch is in fantastic condition, I am delighted with it and would definitely reommmend LBJ and I will be keeping an eye on their stock for possible future purchases.

Been looking for a Rolex for daughters 21st in January and spotted LBJ had a candy pink Rolex which just fitted the picture so pulled the trigger and bought it. Watch is as described in new condition would have liked to visit to pick up but decided to have posted and arrived next day so all good. Looking for my own Rolex next so could be using LBJ again. Good company to deal with
I was nervous as I’ve never bought a watch online before, there were a few issues but LBJ Watches sorted them and I’m very happy with the watch, it was a good price and I would deal with them again, however if possible it’s obviously always better to deal face to face.
Don’t think that building up a purchase history with an AD will get you a Rolex, even within a year, maybe it’s my local AD. You’re better off going straight to LBJ Watches, unless you are happy to wait a couple of years.

Purchased my first Rolex through LBJ…
Purchased my first Rolex through LBJ Watches , and dealt with Luke. I had several challenges getting there on the appointed day/time, but Luke was very understanding and not pushy in anyway despite me changing the appointment a few times, and he always responded in a timely manner to my emails. When I finally did get there, I found him to be highly knowledgeable about the two watches I was considering, including the maintenance schedule, and he made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. He is also a man of his word. I would thoroughly recommend him and his business to anyone considering purchasing a high end watch. Thank you Luke !
