Best Service and Amazing Products!
I purchased my first luxury watch from LBJ Watches and I could be more ecstatic about the service, care and communication from both Luke and Zana.
I reached out to introduce myself to Zana and enquire about my perfect time piece - Zana left no stone unturned and ensured I was kept up to date on his search to acquire my perfect timepiece. After speaking with Luke and Zana, they ensured the quality and finishing of the time piece was 100% and met all expectations. However Luke and Zana EXCEEDED my expectations and could not be more excited and happy to have worked alongside Luke and Zana to source the perfect watch for me. I will most definitely be purchasing more time peices from LBJ Watches in the future and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with both Luke and Zana! Thank you!

An absolute pleasure...
There is a good reason why all the reviews are 5 stars. When buying a watch on the pre-owned market, you want the reassurance that you are doing so from a reputable dealer, and I eventually settled on LBJ Watches. Customer service was going to play a big part, so these reviews really helped me decide to go with them. I am so glad I did. Both Luke and Harrison are a total pleasure to work with in sourcing the timepiece you are after, and I am 100% happy with the one I purchased. There is no doubt that I will be a returning customer when I make the next addition to my collection.

Friendly and professional team - highly recommend
Experience from start to finish with the guys at LBJ was excellent. Fair negotiations, friendly service and quality timepieces. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future and recommending to my friends and family.
It was my first high-end watch purchase so I was focussed on “buying the seller”. Luke was very generous with his time, walking me through how they authenticate the timepieces step by step - I’ve subsequently been able to verify authenticity via the manufacturer, backing up LBJ’s great reputation as a trusted seller.
Overall all my communications and interactions with the team were friendly, professional and put me at ease. The aftercare has been great too, checking in regularly to ensure I’m completely satisfied with the purchase (which I am to say the least!).
I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service
Customer service was always going to be important for me when buying a luxury watch. I’m pleased to say, my experience with Zana at LBJ was nothing short of outstanding. He promptly replied to my enquiry, was very polite and answered all my questions. I was put at ease about the distance sale and he sent me regular updates and the tracking number. My watch arrived within 48 hours of the first conversation. I can’t recommend highly enough. And the watch is pretty special too! Thank you.
