LBJ Watches Anmeldelser

Just purchased a Rolex from this company after finding their website and the process was very simple, just reserved the watch with a small deposit which basically secured my purchase and then been in touch with Harrison who was excellent and provided high level customer service, the whole process was very simple with these guys. Highly recommended to anyone who’s after a nice rolex.

I can not recommend this company enough.
I originally enquired about a Sea dweller which had unfortunately just been sold, after talking to Harrison about what I would like, he assured me he would be able to find me my new watch, two days late he had done just that, and a few days after that I picked up my new watch
Would definitely recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again

I found the guys at LBJ very easy to deal with. Bought a beautiful unworn Submariner at the right price. Will definitely be going back.

Bought my first Rolex there.
Very happy with the choice.
Nice staff and very helpful.
I highly recommend.

I purchased a Submariner Watch from LBJ and I was very happy with the whole experience.

I chose this company as the watch I wanted was the cheapest with this company. They allowed me to come to their premises and inspect the watch before I completed the purchase to ensure that I was happy with what I chose.

I will definitely go back whenever I decide to buy another watch.

From my first enquiry to LBJ watches Luke sourced and made my first purchase of a Rolex very smooth.

This was made possible to me by part exchanging two timepieces which I was offered a very fair price.
Also my brand new watch was sold to me at a very competitive price.

I would definitely recommend LBJ.
I fully intend to return for my next purchase.

LBJ Watches were recommended to me by a dear friend who has bought and sold watches to them. I first listed my stainless steel, unworn in the box, 2024 Sea-Dweller on eBay but when it came to posting such a piece, I apologised to the buyer and cancelled the sale. I mean really, would you stick over £10k in hard cash in a parcel with a postage label on it? LBJ made a bid, subject to inspection over the phone and within 25 minutes of me being in their Hatton Garden suite, the full agreed amount was sat in my account! (I then spent the next half hour admiring Luke's IWC. Trying it on and just talking watches generally!... sorry Luke!😂). I can't recommend Harrison and Luke enough as I can imagine buying a watch from them is as pleasurable as selling one to them was for me.

Highly recommend LBJ Watches to deal with. Had the pleasure of dealing with Harrison, 100% professional service and exceed my expectations on delivery, price and product. Cant recommend LBJ Watches enough! 5 Star service all round!

I've had the pleasure of buying watches with Luke and Harrison for a number of years and thoroughly enjoy doing business with them.

They are both pleasant, likeable and trustworthy and offer an unrivalled service. I highly recommend for anybody considering buying or selling their next luxury timepiece.

The reason for the initial contact with LBJ was to source a watch as a present to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. I first spoke with Luke who was informative and easy to speak with. He assured me the watch we were interested in was new and complete with all boxes and papers. The watch was everything Luke described it as. The process to completion was handled by Harrison, who made the exchange of information and ultimately the transfer of payment both simple and reassuring. Harrison also arranged for the watch to be sized prior to shipment. The team at LBJ were professional, friendly and engaging and I will certainly use them again.

Top watch dealers. Purchased a ladies Rolex date just for my wife for her anniversary. Delivered very fast and the watch is beautiful like new.Luke was on the ball from the start with Harrison and the customer care was second to none, they took care of my needs immediately. The experience was that good I’m going back for one for myself. Buy with confidence off these top dealers. Thank you lads.

It’s my second time buying from LBJ watches, service is exceptional and the new showroom is stunning. Harrison is a true watch enthusiast and full of knowledge about his products. Harrison was very honest and humble, absolute pleasure to talk and do business with. Would highly recommend!

Great service from LBJ and Luke. Really easy to deal with, safe and secure. They answered all my questions and made the buying experience simple and stress free. I would highly recommend and will be back again.

I recently purchased my first Rolex from Luke, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Luke was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the process. He took a genuine interest in my needs rather than just pushing a sale, which made all the difference. His expertise helped me find the perfect watch, and I truly appreciated his personable approach. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and look forward to returning for future purchases!

What a fabulous experience from the initial phone call to the purchase. Luke was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I purchased a Rolex Submariner watch and his knowledge which he shared with me from the history to the operation of the watch was second to none, such passion and Luke was so thorough. I would 100% recommend LBJ Watches and wouldn’t go anywhere else going forward. Thank you again Luke for your professionalism ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
