Goede ervaring met Lazzoni. Alles verliep vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de levering professioneel en soepel. Er wordt goed meegedacht over het ontwerp en de mogelijkheden, en de kwaliteit van de meubels is uitstekend.

De afwerking en het maatwerk zijn echt van hoog niveau en worden precies zoals afgesproken uitgevoerd. Ik ben zeer tevreden met het eindresultaat en kan Lazzoni zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar hoogwaardige maatwerk interieuroplossingen.

After placing our furniture order with Lazzoni Amsterdam on April 15, the entire experience until delivery — especially the after-sales service and delivery process — was very disappointing and frustrating for us.

Before purchasing, we clearly explained our time-sensitive situation: the upcoming birth of our child and a long-term travel plan starting in August. We explicitly stated that delivery had to be no later than the end of July. Even that was already two weeks beyond Lazzoni’s written delivery promise of 10 to 14 weeks.

On June 10, they stated that delivery was expected in the first half of July and offered us temporary furniture. To us, the offer did not feel practical, as the temporary items would arrive in mid-July — around the same time our actual furniture was supposedly ready — so we declined.

By the end of week 14, we still hadn’t heard anything, so we followed up. Only then were we informed — without prior notice — that production was delayed by at least a month, and the new estimated production end date was mid-August. After we reiterated our travel plans starting August, they offered only one of the following:

• Temporary furniture until the actual items arrived at their warehouse, or
• Free storage for up to 4 months.

At the same time, after we posted a review online, they contacted us and asked us to remove it so that their proposal would remain valid. I personally felt pressured by this request, so we decided to remove it.

Eventually, the products were delivered on 7 September — almost two months later than the initial estimate. Luckily, I was in Amsterdam at the time, so we eventually did not need their storage offer.

This entire process felt extremely stressful for our family, especially while caring for a newborn and my wife still recovering. We were living in an empty living room until the delivery. As an apology, they offered a €300 discount on our next purchase. Since we do not plan to shop from Lazzoni again, we asked instead for a €500 compensation, which they did not accept.

This review reflects our own experience. While the products are beautiful, the delivery process was very disappointing, so we decided to give 2 stars instead of 1.

Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad bij Lazzoni Nederland. Het ontwerp- en bestelproces verliep soepel en was in ongeveer twee weken afgerond. Door het uitgebreide assortiment was het fijn om professionele hulp te krijgen. We hebben onze plattegrond gedeeld en het was geweldig om ons huis in een 3D-model te kunnen bekijken. De levering nam zo’n 11 weken in beslag en verliep probleemloos. Het eindresultaat is prachtig: we hebben een slaapkamer met inloopkast, een kantoor met een Lazzoni-muurbed en de gehele woonkamer ingericht.

We zijn ontzettend tevreden over onze ervaring bij Lazzoni. Adi begreep direct wat we zochten en gaf persoonlijk en professioneel advies. Recently, I had the satisfactory experience of buying furniture from Lazzoni Nederland, Amsterdam. As soon as I walked in, I met with warmth and professionalism. The service was absolutely fantastic and the staff went beyond their limits to handle everything I needed.

The product is modern and looks great, the installation was also good, clean and efficient. The initial sales process was nice and kind, they help you out from the beginning including designing ideas.
However, the delivery process is long and slow and communication was very limited regarding the slow delivery. I ordered a TV stand, a sofa and a closet in Dec 16th 2024. The sales contract mentioned the delivery is approximately 10-12 weeks (3 months). The closet came at the 12th week, but the sofa and the TV stands were not. The international shipping took a very long time, and the company did not contact me for delivery updates and delays, I had to chase them bi-weekly. Each time I chased, the supply customer service would reply me "it would be soon, in next couple of weeks". This repeated answers were given for 3 or 4 times without providing where were the furnitures and how long was the actual estimate of delivery time, this of course makes moving and planning extremely difficult. Finally, the furnitures came on June 13th 2025, 6 months after the order date. The sales representative was eager to help but limited since they also did not have information regarding the delivery. Something the company can really improve. Thus, I provide 3 stars for my overall experience with them.

Top service! lazzoni denkt heel erg met je mee. Er is veel meer mogelijk dan wat je eerst voor ogen had omdat alles naar wens kan worden aangepast. Gelukkig wordt je heel goed begeleidt en van eerlijk advies voorzien. Daarnaast is de prijs transparantie echt een verademing! Gewoon ouderwets eerlijke goede service en prachtige design meubels.
