Laybyland is great to deal with better then others

The process was easy to organise your layby and payment system was easy too but one problem when the layby is complete your third party suppliers dont call the customer to advice them when would they like the product delivered they just send it out on the day text the customer its coming 99 percent of the time the customer wont be home to receive the item than the customer has to run around and the make phone calls to organise the delivery back to there house when they are free your third party suppliers need to start doing this is and call the customers its not far on the customer

Package wasn’t delivered to my home, instead it was delivered to a depo quite some distance from my home, it’s still there a week after arriving because I haven’t the ability to pick it up.. also it was a birthday gift for my 11 year old daughter.. when enquiring laybyland staff told me they attempted to deliver which was completely untrue because a week later I was contacted by seaswift stating the package had just arrived that day.

Disappointed in this situation it’s also not the first time such things have occurred

I am glad to be able to pay things off but think the price is often inflated. I usually research price before deciding what items to laybye.

Fantastic way to to get things you like without getting your budget over stretched.

Excellent scheme all is done by choosing what suits you. Super fast delivery and super friendly staff to talk to if an issue arises.

Didn’t care customer complaints!!! Sent emails twice about my refund still never heard back!!!
I’m very disappointed 😔 I’m asking for a refund because the estimated time for arrival was over dues!!! Laybyland only pay me half from the worth of the purchase price 😡😡 They told me it will be refunded the rest after 7 business days and until now over 13 days over and nothing!!!! And they just ignored my emails!!!!

A good range of quality brands at affordable instalments. I have been shopping here for quite some time. If there is an issue it is addressed and solved right away. Great customer service and great products. Thank you.
