Have had a high success rate with both seed for shade ( under an apple tree ) and Sprogs and Dogs, which is a great achievement as our golden retriever has a tendency to spoil our lawn. Will definitely use again.

Great quality seeds
Great quality seeds. Used to reseed a sparse lawn after the winter. Did this in April and now the results are great. Definitely better quality seeds than the garden centre ones.

You have to wait - but absolutely brilliant!
I've updates a previous review - because I simply wasn't;t patient enough - you do have to wait a while - 3 - 4 weeks and keep watering the seed but if you do this the results are amazing. I recommend putting plenty of seed down (I probably put too much on after early disappointment of first patch) but I now have an absolutely beautiful lawn and I shall be buying more!
I bought the shady lawn mix.

Hi Tim,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear that your seed hasn't germinated yet. I've arranged to have a replacement order sent to you today, and if you're able to send us a few pictures of the area you've sown to seed@lawnuk.com, our team will be able to offer some advice on sowing again.
We'll always do our best to ensure that you get excellent results from our seed mixtures, so do let us know how you get on with the new batch.
Best regards

Good product and customer service
(Edited based on response and help provided)
I've ordered from lawnuk previously and was happy with the product and wanted to apply additional overseedings/patch fixes to my lawn.
I really appreciated the speed and quality of the customer service: I'd received an email (via custrev) to review my purchase and receive money off the next order but after leaving a review I didn't receive a voucher for money off - lawnuk saw my review here and helped to reduce the cost of my most recent order.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the email. So that we can look into this, would you mind forwarding the original invitation email to seed@lawnuk.com?
In the meantime, in order to make things right, we’ve refunded your last order with us.
I hope that helps and once again I’m really sorry for the trouble this may have caused. Thanks for bearing with us whilst we get to the bottom of the issue.
Best regards
Jack
