SCAM ..LandStarters.. Don't fall for the shinny presentation
SCAM ... I accept lawn price. They mow lawn then $65 add on. GRASS TO HIGH...LIE... prove it. No pictures, no call or email - no proof...just $65 upcharge. (there will be added charge). No cusotmer servcie contact. No email contact. No phone numbers. No deletion of account. Liars...scam artist. Do not give give them your credit card . They just "ding" your credit card for any random ass charges and avoid you.

We reviewed your account and based on the long grass report submitted by your pro, the grass measured 13 inches. Here's how our Long Grass Fee policy works:
• For grass measuring between 9–15 inches, it is automatically mowed and a Long Grass Fee equivalent to your base mowing price is applied
• If the grass exceeds 15 inches, a quote is provided for your approval before any work begins

If you feel the grass was not above 9 inches, you have every right to file a dispute through the app! Our team will thoroughly investigate, and if the long grass report is found to be invalid, the upcharge will be fully offset for you.

Reginald mowed the yard to my satisfaction. A telephone pole stands by my driveway, and I asked him to trim the weeds around the pole. When I looked at my invoice and called to question why $80+ was added to my bill, I was told I made a special request (to weed eat the weeds around the pole). The area around the pole is tiny, and since it’s in my yard, it should have been included in the job. $80+ to trim around a pole???? Really!
UPDATE. May 1, 2026. Please know that the company refunded the money for the extra service, and I was happy with that. Thank you! I now consider it a closed matter.

This service made it easy for me to get a regular lawn pro! The sign up process was clear, and it is easy to stop service if you need to. The pros that have worked for me have been great. (and generally it is the same team each time.) Joel is my current team leader and he is careful with bed edges and the walkways between the raised beds! He understands my garden’s foibles and gets the look I want!

The work that was done was terrific. They went above and beyond to whip my yard back into shape. They were also kind and did not judge my yard for the monstrosity that it was.

Great lawn service!
I am very happy with the results of the yards. I showed him the 2 areas with a couple of flowers and he was very careful! Even 90+ heat he did a great job and in a short amount of time!
