Wow! Fantastic customer service.
Ordered some coasters but hadn’t read all the Ts&Cs so didn’t realise how long they would take to be delivered! I needed them within 48 hours! I emailed the company and the coasters arrived yesterday, outstanding customer service 😊
The coasters themselves are superb, really good quality and excellent value for money. I will definitely be a returning customer 👍🏼

Shocking customer service!!
I ordered three prints for my son's bedroom and an extra one for a Christmas present. My order was placed on the 20th November and was due to be delivered the following week, but never arrived from the courier. The communication from Law and Moore has been very poor! If Martin replies it's with bare minimum information and despite saying he would resend them last week if they still hadn't arrived, he instead ignored the two messages I sent him. After an email yesterday, I am still unclear as to whether they are being sent out or if I will be getting a refund. Such a shame, I now have a disappointed son and need to do some last minute shopping. The prints look great, so I would without a doubt have ordered more. I appreciate the strikes have made things difficult, but I have dealt with other companies in the last few weeks experiencing the same and good communication has made all the difference.

Updated: Martin got in touch and made sure my order arrived today by special delivery. The prints look great and are printed on high quality paper. My son is very pleased and looking forward to giving one to my brother for Christmas.

I paid extra for them to be in a frame. The frames are of very cheap quality and not worth the money. Buy them without a frame and get your own, that way you will be sure of the quality.❌️

I found the service great. The print and frame were exactly what I was looking for, but had so many options to choose from. I ordered shipment to America and my query about delivery was addressed in a very helpful manner - and it got here with no issues. Will definitely be using again.

I ordered 3 different Jurassic Park prints for my son’s room, and they completely exceeded my expectations. These are not cheaply produced posters. The paper is thick, quality paper, and the ink is vivid and crisp. They were shipped in a sturdy tube and quickly arrived in pristine condition. Beyond pleased with this purchase!

I'd been served several social media ads for Law & Moore film and TV framed prints, and been intrigued and tempted for some time. I am pleased I finally succumbed! I bought the Stranger Things print, and The Grand Budapest Hotel. Me and my partner both love them! The artwork is elegant, simple, utterly recognisable. The frames are good quality. All in all, really good quality and value for money... highly recommend!

I recently purchased a framed picture of The Goonies as a gift for my brothers birthday from Law & Moore, which I was really pleased with both their service and quality.
Firstly, I requested if it was possible to deliver the picture for his birthday even though there’s a 2-5 working day delivery timeframe. The picture was delivered on the day of his birthday, which was spot on.
Secondly, my brother was bowled over with the gift, as the Goonies is a fan favourite from our childhood and the artistic style and image used was perfect.

There was a problem with Royal Mail delivery and it was touch and go if my picture would arrive in time for Christmas. Martin was so helpful and ensured my gift arrived. My niece and her partner loved it- The Office print.
