UPS supposedly delivered to my address but I never received my order. I followed up with Lavender since UPS wouldn't allow me to submit a claim. Lavender worked with me to confirm that the order was in fact not delivered to me. Got my order corrected at no additional cost and shipped it to me by the next day. The service that I received was outstanding and they replied to my email request the following day.

I’ve been with Lavender Sky Health for about 3 months and I’m very satisfied with them. I had a problem with an order I received last Saturday and I emailed them about it. I received an email from Gul in a short period of time and she said she had contacted the pharmacy on my behalf (this was the same day I emailed them so it was on a Saturday). Today (Monday) I received an email from the pharmacy saying my order was on the way. Such great customer service! I also had an email exchange with Brad (regarding something that was my own mistake) and he was wonderful and offered assistance. The company keeps us up to date on news regarding pharmacies and their medicine prices are great. You deal with real people there and they’re just so nice & helpful! I’m really glad I signed up with them and I highly recommend them.

I love this company! I'm very new to all of this, and I researched a lot of different companies. I'm so grateful I chose this one. I had/have a lot of questions, and any time I've sent a question in they respond so quickly that it shocks me. I didn't know any companies had customer service this good anymore.
I use the Kwikpen and it takes all the stress out of it for me. I was pretty nervous about using a regular syringe. It doesn't hurt at all, and I don't even feel the cold medicine going in, and no site irritation at all.
I could go on about how happy I am with the products, but I think this review is more about the wonderful company that is Lavender Sky Health. If more companies were this great, there would be a lot less stress in our world :)

I’m a brand new customer of Lavender Sky. So how my experience progresses is yet to be seen.
What I can say unequivocally is that Chelsea B | Operations Manager for this company is an amazing employee. She took the time in the middle of a holiday weekend to address my concerns about a shipping mistake on my first order. Having been in customer service myself I am probably more aware then some what it takes to be an effective and extraordinary employee and Chelsea B is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
If this is any indication, I’m looking very forward to being a Lavender Sky client.

I am extremely happy with Lavender Sky Health and my weight loss journey. I have been with them since. September 2024 and have continued success and the doctors/physicians have been wonderful, understanding and compassionate. My provider Linda De Fosse had been a huge helpless and always has been there and answers and questions I may have. I have only great things to say and my medication always arrives in a timely fashion. A++++

Super grateful for the care and support I have received from Lavender Sky Health. My regular PCP recommended them to me as a more affordable option for GLP-1 medications in summer of 2024 and I have used them since then with great success. They provide several medication and pharmacy options as well as prompt responses to refill requests and provider messages.

I am blown away by LSH! They are so helpful, and answer my questions very quickly. I just started so hard to speak on results from the tirzepatide, but I’m confident it will be a great experience. I’m doing the monthly plan, and I think the pricing is great. Maybe a little more than others but I am enjoying LSH so far and plan to continue using them.

10/10 recommend as a fellow health care professional (RN). No monthly membership, honest and caring doctors who LISTEN and dial in to YOUR individual health concerns and goals and many affordable options for rx / wellness meds.

My experience at LSH has been outstanding. From my first questions about my order to everyone that I have reached out to for assistance in between. They all have been professional, attentive, and transparent. My provider Samantha always available to answer questions regarding medications. Shout out to Shar who helped me immediately when I emailed her with a question, asked and answered without hesitation. Also a mention to the Operations Manager Michelle who has been a constant line of communication as well. All of these people work seamlessly together as a team making everything feel comfortable giving me confidence in the choice I made in trusting LSH. I just started with this company after being under prescribed my medication by another company. I explained to the PA I have been on this medication since the beginning of last year and know exactly how it works and what is needed to reach my goal. I advised her the last company under prescribed the medication I was on from the company before that. She stated she would increase the compound and provide me a two month prescription even though I wanted a one month because I wanted to make sure it would work after some bad experiences. I received a two month supply after paying $65 for a doctor appt and $399 for the medication and it does not work! It is like taking saline, with no affect. I have been on this medication for over a year and know how it feels when you take it and this does nothing. I left a message on the portal for the PA, a voicemail and sent two emails today with no reply yet.

I canceled my service with Good Life Meds because they insisted on changing my account every month without my authorization, and I canceled with Trava Health because they kept raising their prices every month. I am skeptical of the GLP service in general. The lavender Sky Health website was easy to follow, and I appreciate the request for an ID and a copy of my medication. However, I did not like that they charge $65 for a consultation when I don't need one since I have been on the medication since June 2025. I know I need Tirzepatide 12.5 MG. I sent an email explaining the above and asking how much my GLP will cost. So far no response all day. AI think is a good company so I will wait and see.

Huge shout out to Lindsay for excellent customer service. This is my 4th provider and by far, the best experience. Onboarding was easy, choosing the pharmacy was easy, ordering was easy… but then the ice storm kept delaying my shipment! I sent an email concerned about freezing my 3 month order. She contacted Red Rock and they offered to send a new shipment. So that is what I call excellent customer service!! New shipment arrived today, it was overnighted via Fed ex.

Lavender Sky Health goes above and beyond with their customer service. There was a mix up by one of the pharmacies they work with and Lindsay not only got it corrected the next day but kept me in the loop during the entire process. I highly recommend!!

I understand the hesitancy of using an online clinic at first because it’s such a new experience, but this is as professional and user friendly as it gets. I never once had trouble navigating the website or communicating with my provider. They are so helpful and efficient, I really can’t recommend them enough!
