Late arrival, charged twice and they lost my jacket
Despite not getting off to a great start (late pickup) a few months back, I decided to give these guys another try however was unimpressed when they arrived late to pick up our things yet again, charged us twice and to top it off, lost my jacket which I have no idea how I will claim compensation for. Shame on you Laundromap! Dan Carter's endorsement is not an excuse for terrible service.

Great service
Great service. Shirts are always clean, pressed and looked after well. Pick up & Return is always on time, sometimes even earlier. Not the cheapest service as some competitors don't charge delivery fees but it is great so I stick with them.

Dear Garrick, Thanks for your feedback. We aim to use as little plastic as possible but also want to deliver your clothes in pristine condition. We understand your concerns and are happy to use a suitbag in future to reduce the plastic used. Simply place a suitbag in with your next order and place a note in the Special Instructions field and we will take care of the rest. Hope this helps! Have a wonderful day!

The best way to get your clothes cleaned
This is an excellent way to get clothes cleaned. It's so much more convenient than dropping them off personally, and collecting them within a specific window. This is especially good for those people that have a busy schedule and can just bring the bag to their place of work and place the order. Fantastic service.
