Lee dropped our doors this morning and as usual no issues at all and very helpful. Rang me before delivery to ask if there was any preference to where he should leave them. Recommend lathams to anyone requiring steel door sets

I fitted one of their doors 8years ago and has been faultless. Last week some people seriously attempted to break into my garage by attacking the door but it resisted their attempts and fortunately they did not open it. However the damage prevented me accessing the garage, I contacted Latham Steel Doors for a replacement which they kindly expedited my order. It was delivered on time this morning by Lee and with a 15 minute notice allowing me to open the gates so he could back into the driveway. We have fitted it today and I noticed some improvements in the design.

I ordered a new steel security door for my workshop and the quality is outstanding, really well made and so simple to fit. I then used them to replace all the euro cylinders for thumbturns which went missing in transit but that was no problem, they sent out new cylinders on next day delivery, now that a company that cares for their customers.

I will most definitely be using them again when i need the additional steel door for the rear of the new workshop build, outstanding customer service.

As someone who had little knowledge of the sizing or features of steel doors Miya of the Sales team helped me not only with the initial ordering of the door, but kept me fully informed answering my many questions of the whole process to final assembly, . Ordered a lock on the Thursday morning, the web site assured me it would be dispatched the same day, it’s now the following Wednesday, and nothing has arrived. After emailing for an update I was told it would be dispatched today, so at the earliest it will arrive a week after I ordered it. Not what I expected at all.
Update, Latham’s have apologised and responded positively, which is good, it shows that if things go wrong, they will do their best to resolve the situation.

Had 2 cottage style doors of Latham’s supplied and installed by DJB Steel Door Ltd. The doors are fantastic and look amazing. No one is getting through those.

DJB service in suppling and installing the doors was second to none. The doors were installed in the doors in a day but came back to do cometic work. Nothing was too much for Darren. Will definitely be using his services in future.

Good communication when ordering. Issue with the online payment system resolved swiftly.
