Excellent quality door but thoroughly disappointed by the fact you are forced to order a fitting kit just to get the lugs to screw into the door frame these should be supplied as standard as the frame is virtually impossible to fit without them.

Delivery driver Lee
We have just received a delivery of our 3 steel doors. The delivery driver Lee was brilliant, polite and really helpful, carefully placed the doors where they needed to be. Lee is a real credit to Lathams.

Really helpful service from Lathams both when we brought the original door and from Georgia recently with spares enquiries for a new lock etc. The door is very solid and well built and turned up very quickly after we ordered it. Great communication and really nice to deal with a company that are so happy to help. Thoroughly reccomend.

Very prompt delivery
Delivery was brought forward by two days. And timing was earlier than forecasted at 6.45am -a bit of a shock to system (!) but driver very amiable and helpful so all good.
