It is of some relief to me that other people have been taken in by this company. I ordered a hand blown glass kingfisher suncatcher and received an acrylic one. It was described by the company as hand... Vis mer

Cheap plastic tat. I thought I'd done my research but clearly not thoroughly enough. These were advertised as being hand-crafted crystal sparkling kingfisher mobiles. Instead, they clearly are cheap r... Vis mer

Not even one star. Avoid like the plague. Total crap delivered.
Con - scam
I ordered three Ribili™ HopeWings (Lifelike Robin Design with Striking Detail). The photos in the advert do not come close to the cheap and nasty pieces I received.
As another reviewer has commented, the shipping from China should have been a warning.
ITS A CON!!!! BE WARNED ⚠️ THIS IS FRAUDULENT FAKE COMPANY
ITS A CON!!!!! Do NOT BUY anything from this fraudulent fake CON company, I purchased a crystal glass hand blown, hand made kingfisher sun catcher, it looked stunning and stated it was on sale for £24.99. I received a piece of plastic with a sticker of a bird on it, the email address to contact support at Latest Finds is fake and no email will go through, the seller who is connected to Latest Finds is all a front all emails will be ignored and the only way to get your money back is to be in contact with your bank. The product does not come from UK as advertised its a piece of junk that's sent from China!!!!!!!!
Terrible company.Beware Only wish I had…
Terrible company.Beware Only wish I had read the reviews first. The Kingfisher arrived broken it was a bit of perspex with a chain.
How can they get away with false description and taking £24.99.
This is a complete rip off
This is a complete rip off, daylight robbery. I, like others here fell for the advert that seemed to be about a glassmaker who is retiring and selling the few remaining pieces of glass work…
The first clue was tracking by Yunexpress, clearly coming from China, too late to cancel order.
As it was going to be a birthday present for my daughter I thought well, maybe it won’t be too bad. It’s worse than too bad, it’s complete plastic rubbish. Arrived attached to a piece of cardboard in a plastic bag.
Thievery is very different these days isn’t it.
Lesson learnt, research it first. Don’t be taken in my them.
Waiting to be scammed.
I have one of these 'stained glass' kingfishers on order. Decided to do some research - too late, obviously. The address of a Unit in Wythenshawe is actually a McDonalds, and the Company number and Vat no. are false. So I have looked on Trustpilot and found these reviews. Awaiting delivery but expect to be disappointed with the goods if and when they arrive - from China, when the online advert said it was a lady in the Cotswolds handcrafting them and giving up the business. Sadly, will have lost my money. Lesson, to check Trustpilot FIRST.
Just received a piece of plastic with printed bird on it, NOT the 'Hand made glass kingfisher. Hand-blown bird suncatcher' on my invoice.
Original Ad details of FALSE address (McDonalds), and FALSE Company number and VAT number.
Later Ad gives Ecomcloud Trading LLP, listed on Govt Companies House, with address as 32 Kinburn Street, London, SE16 6DE, about 450 companies at that address. Directors are some Asian chaps living in Malaysia and Singapore, and the item was sent from China, NOT Cotswolds UK as advertised.
A similar item can be had from Amazon for £5.59.
Ordered 26.5.26 received 7.6.26.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Kingfisher not as advertised, cheap plastic not glass. Avoid or be very disappointed
Honest and totally true. Expensive Bird.
Honest and totally true.
I wish I'd just run this so called firm through Trust Pilot before I fell into
the trap.
UK based Warehouse..?
7 to 10 days delivery....?
Now perhaps there's a clue because
my next delivery advice came from EVRI...a totally reputable Company who are now aware they are involved
in delivering what can only be listed
as rubbish. But most certainly not the fault of EVRI.
My order was for a "Hand made, individually cut pieces of coloured glass blown into this beautiful Sun
Catcher Kingfisher by Artisans and
hand pieced together as the last of the work of somebody who had been
making them for years".
As a special offer less than half price, in fairness it did look impressive and the picture created in a way that sort of gave it a 3D effect.
However perhaps the notification that my beautiful Kingfisher was about to board an International flight
In China should have rung a bell, to be honest not just one bell...!
Days of flight loading, departure and arrival times made it clear that this
Kingfisher was one fit muscle bound
bird or it had hitched a lift to the UK from China and eventually in the UK, where another journey started...first to Derby, then to Kent and then lost somewhere and somehow on the way to Preston.
And sure enough, the ever reliable and friendly EVRI man rang our bell,
I should have listened to the first one!.. whereupon he handed to my wife a very flat cheap cardboard offcut pack about 9 inches square,
which with a very bewildered look handed it to me asking - 'what on earth could it be'....jokingly I replied
it looks like our poor Kingfisher has sadly passed away from all the effort
and someone has kindly prepared and flattened him for burial...WHICH IS THE ONLY END THIS JUNK IS FIT
FOR,IT IS AWFUL AND UPON GOING
BACK TO THE ADVERT BY LATEST - FINDS - The only thing I could find as
being TRUE is the part about the chain and even that is inaccurate...!!
And after fighting to get him out of the cardboard offcuts, there he was
A FLAT SINGLE PIECE OF PLASTIC or PERSPEX, IN MULTI COLOURS CUT OUT IN ONE PIECE TOGETHER WITH A CHAIN WITH A HOOK AT EITHER END AND TO BE REALLY HONEST A VERY CHEAP MASS PRODUCED BIRDLIKE (NOTHING REALLY LIKE A
KINGFISHER...!)ON A PIECE OF PLASTIC ALL ONE PIECE, CERTAINLY NOT GLASS, DEFINITELY NOT INDIVIDUAL PIECES, WITH A SORT OF A TRANSFER CERTAINLY NOT THE WORK OF ANY ARTISAN...! AND WITHOUT ANY DOUBT AT ALL CLEARLY BEING SOLD WITH A FALSE DESCRIPTION AND A MISTAKE IN THE PRICE WHEN MAYBE £2.49 Would be more realistic as postage from this UK based warehouse...?
Or maybe I've been CONNED and after giving Latest Crap 7 days to send all my money back...before I really put the screws on them...,!
BEWARE GOOD PEOPLE - UNLESS YOU WANT A RIDICULOUSLY PRICED
CHRISTMAS TREE DECORATION..?
My advice is stay clear of these people....whoever and wherever they are if this thing is an example clearly
they're unsure if it's the UK or China
or possibly Manchester...?
FINAL BEWARE - In the jargon about
returns please NOTE..It actually says
SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED
Email supplied does not exist
Latest finds advertise a glass kingfisher. So I thought I would send them an email using the one supplied in the advert. I wanted to know if the glass kingfisher could sit on a shelf or if it was flat for hanging. Surprise Surprise I received an email saying that the email address could not be found and it had not been delivered.
I think I will give this one a miss. Something fishy going on.
BE WARY BEFORE ORDERING! VERY WARY!!
This website is anonymous. There is nothing to identify the company and no way of communicating other than an online form.
I ordered a robin from a very similar site called Gloristy.com (same outfit?) and was sent a completely substandard copy of the robin. The contact is shown as United States but their reply to my complaint came from China.
I have asked for a refund but am not hopeful.
