This has been one of the worst and most stressful travel experiences of my life.
LastFareDeals is a company you should absolutely avoid.

I paid for my flight, received an email saying my reservation was confirmed, and they even sent me a boarding pass the night before my trip.

When I arrived at the airport the next morning, the airline told me:
• the boarding pass they gave me was invalid,
• no ticket had ever been issued under my name,
• my booking did not exist at all in their system,
• and I had to buy a brand-new ticket for $140 on the spot if I wanted to travel.

This is not a “small mistake.” It is a complete failure to deliver the service I paid for, and it put me in an impossible situation with a flight at 6:30 AM.

Their customer service kept reassuring me that everything was fine, even in writing, yet they never actually issued my ticket. The “boarding pass” they sent me only created the illusion of a valid booking — until I was at the gate and it didn’t scan.

I now have to fight for a refund for the original payment, plus the cost of the new ticket I was forced to buy.
No one deserves to go through this kind of stress.

Avoid LastFareDeals at all costs. Nothing about this company is trustworthy.
Save yourself the anxiety, the money, and the risk of being stranded at the airport.

Every few seconds they were verifing if I was still on the line. Sure I understand why Elicia Lopez had to do it but it got annoying.

This is the second time we tried to book a last minute deal. The company lies saying you can get a discount then says you have to pay airline prices. Complete SCAM.

I bought tickets from them on Nov 11th and they told me I had to wait 2-3 hours and I’ll receive my tickets I waited the 3 hours I don’t reviews them I called them no one answered I spammed the person I was texting and they texted me back NO CALL BACK STILL saying I need to wait 2 more hours mind you my tickets were for the 12 and it was already like 8pm and my tickets were supposed to be at 6am on the 12. They scammed me I had to call my bank they said that company is known for that.

Ms Jane was very helpful and solved everything quickly.

I must say in my 62 years of living, serving 17 years active duty in the US Army and now as a Federal Police Officer for 20 years. This has been the worse travel experience ever. My trip with my wife started from Washington DC to Las Vegas. Last Fair Deal not only sent my boarding tickets very late, they also gave me the worst booking order (C). C means you get whatever seats that are left over. I had to pay an additional $170 to upgrade to boarding order A. I spend $1100 and change for my wife and I round trip tickets. We’re currently on our return trip from Vegas. We checked in at the Southwest Airlines counter and the southwest counter lady stated that our tickets were not authorized and we are not on the manifest for our booked flight that was booked through Last Fair Deal back home, WTF? I had to pay another $900 for a flight for my wife and I from Vegas to Washington DC. I hope like holy hell that I get my refund from Last Fair Deal. Trust me, I really want to use alot of curse words for this BS fiasco. If I could rate last fair deal a minus zero, I would..

I would like to give 5 stars but I’m not. Booked a flight with them I did receive a booking number after and was told I was going to receive the confirmation number 24 hours prior to the flight to my email and never did. I had to call the airline and give them my full name, flight number and departure time and then I got the confirmation sent to my email. So just a heads up call the airline too and make sure you give that info and correct the email address too bc the email address they had wasn’t even mine. I feel like this company tries to scam you by putting a different email.
