After I booked it online, someone called me saying that price wasn’t available and I needed to pay more. Didn’t make sense since it was booked at a specific price online. Then they said I wouldn’t get tickets till day before flight. This is retarded and every review I see says it’s a scam. Will definitely be disputing this with credit card company tomorrow. What a joke.

Elicia Lopez gave quick service for cancellation of my flight due to my requested booked flight was no longer available during processing and the only available flight was not ideal.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This business is a straight-up scam. I booked a flight, and they confirmed our flight and flight time, but wouldn’t send us a confirmation number despite multiple calls and emails. Finally, I got someone on the phone who assured me I’d get the confirmation number the day before the flight. So, with less than 24 hours before the flight and after 6 calls, a WhatsApp call, and three emails without response, someone finally answers the phone and says they can’t get me on the flight I paid for and confirmed. On top of that, they suggested that I only needed to be more flexible. They had no concept that flexibility 18 hours before a trip might not be possible and refused to fix the problem. THEN, she offered to book a flight that would have gotten me to my destination more than a day late and after an overnight stay in the Dallas airport. She promised she’d send the confirmation and tickets. I told her if I wanted to spend the night in the Dallas airport, I would have booked that ticket the first time, and why would I trust they’d do this time what they had promised and failed to do the first time? And, of course, I don’t have my refund yet.

My dad always said that if it sounds too good to be true, it likely is. I should have listened.

Total scam. I give 1 because 0 is not avaibale. Don't buy tickets with this company if you don't want to loss your money and your flight.

I strongly urge anyone considering booking through this website to proceed with extreme caution. My experience resulted in significant financial loss, severe stress, and being stranded during travel.
Key issues I experienced:
• I paid in full for a round-trip ticket, yet the airline booking reference for the outbound journey was sent only 4 hours before departure, despite the site stating it would be provided 24 hours in advance.

• I purchased additional baggage through this site and never received confirmation. Even after reaching the airport, customer service repeatedly told me it would be sent shortly. With long airport lines and no confirmation, I was forced to repurchase baggage at the airport at a much higher cost.
• The most serious issue occurred during the return journey. Unlike standard travel platforms, the reference provided worked only for the outbound flight, even though a round trip was booked.

• I contacted customer service two days before return travel and was repeatedly told the boarding pass would be sent on the day of travel. However, nothing was sent, even 4 hours before departure.

• Once customer service recognized my phone number, calls went unanswered. When calling from a different number, they answered and informed me that the return ticket was not booked and no alternatives were available—except purchasing a $1,000 one-way domestic ticket.

• A so-called supervisor offered no assistance and simply repeated scripted responses with no accountability or resolution.

Consequences:
I was left stranded in an unfamiliar location, had to extend my hotel stay, purchase an extremely expensive last-minute ticket, and endure unnecessary emotional and mental stress.

Additional concern:
The company name on my billing statement did not match the website name, which raised serious transparency concerns only after the incident.

Final thoughts:

This experience showed a consistent lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support. What initially appeared to be a low-cost option ultimately became far more expensive and stressful than booking directly with an airline or a reputable travel site.

I do not recommend this website.
