I ordered two light fixtures which took nearly one month to arrive. So I had to buy other light fixtures as I was moving into my new home.
I now have to return these lights and and being charged a fee to do so by Lasola.
I wouldn’t recommend unless you have plenty of time to wait for delivery. Also a fee to return a product is pretty poor.

It’s a very cool looking lamp. It’s also incredibly bright. I would love for it to be dimmable.
This light could brighten a cave for miles.

I placed my order a month ago and still have NOT received my order. Its still in transit?

The return policy is atrocious. What a scam. On a $400 purchase, they'll give you back $360 but you need to pay $200 for shipping it back. A $160 refund on a $400 purchase is ridiculous.

Your product was very cheap, inaccurate website description and I'm having a hard time returning it to you.

Update: After threatening to report this issue to the Attorney General, Las Sola replaced my damaged item. They did not pack it any more securely and it was only by sheer luck that the carrier did not damage the package in the long journey from China.

Clearly, I should’ve read the reviews before buying from this company. My light fixture was sent halfway around the world with no packing materials. Needless to say it was bent when it arrived. This wouldn’t have been too big of a deal, but when I tried to exchange it (emailed them my photos). I was called a liar. Not in so many words, “We consulted the supplier. Your lamp is not damaged.” When I pushed back with annotated pictures of the damage, they told me I could just bend the fixture back into place. This fixture has several concentric rings, and it’s very obvious if any of them is out of alignment. They have offered me increasing discounts to keep it, but I’ve been very clear from the beginning that I need a replacement. I should not be required to repair a product that should have arrived in good condition.

I ordered a lighting fixture my wife wanted for her birthday. The item took roughly 18 days to arrive, arrived dented, and they had shipped the wrong item. When I reached out to them about correcting this, they informed me that they would not send the correct item or issue a refund until I shipped the item they sent me back (which they said they would reimburse me for). The shipping would cost almost half the value of the item, and I would now (1) not have any item; and (2) now be basically trusting that they'll ship the right one and reimburse me.

I was unaware that these were an array of led lights but they look good and provides good light.

Item was broken upon arrival. Packaging was very poor for a glass product.

Still have not received my purchase!!!!!!

The light I purchased arrived from China. It is crooked and looks very cheap. They don’t give me a full refund, but a 35% and let me keep the light as it is. Horrible customer service and policy return. I’ll dispute it with American Express. Stay away!

Placed an order for almost a week and got an email to ask if I can wait a month for order to arrive. I already scheduled contractor to work on the project. Had to have them move electrical box to another location.

Among the innumerable types of illumination available are floor lamps, wall lamps, chandeliers, and table lamps, to mention a few. My first pick is this store!

Ordered a light three weeks ago. There was no indication that the product was shipping from china. The order process said it was shipping from California. Now, my shipping update says I can expect my package in 3 months. When I emailed the company, the response was "Sorry for the inconvenience". That was the entire email.

Great product at a great price! We looked around for just the right overhead light that could accommodate
a wall-mounted medicine cabinet. This one works perfectly, the light distributes nicely. We are very pleased and would order for Las Sola again!

We haven’t even opened the package and wanted to return it because it took too long to arrive, and yet we’re being charged shipping return costs and a 10% restocking fee for a package that hasn’t been touched.

Purchasing lighting fittings was made easy by this website. Time was saved by the easy-to-use Ul and speedy checkout procedure.
