Charged my card, never created my order and are pretending now that my order never existed even though there is clearly a charge listed for them thru my bank. Scam website, scam seller. Avoid.

Shipped but lost en route. Tried to ask for assistance with tracking and they just stopped responding. Followed up three times and they never responded.

Ship via ChinaPost to USPS so there is no support from USPS and no proper tracking available.

This company is a scam and continues to call and demand payment and
sends boxes of ink never agreed to or approved without any contract
to prove anything. The ink was shipped back and they agreed they
received all of it back but now keep calling and emailing everyday
demanding to receive a $400 restocking fee for 12 tiny boxes that fit in
the size of your hand. This company has similar reviews online everywhere and it should not be able to do business anywhere!!

Papierverpackung sagt: <1 mW!
Auf alle Anfragen kamen stereotype, freundliche, aber nichtssagende Antworten.
Ein Laser aus der Bestellung (100mW, auch ohne Label) funktioniert schlichtweg überhaupt nicht. Auf meine (wiederholte) Beanstandung: KEINE ANTWORT.
TRAURIG,aber wahr. Rausgeschmissenes Geld.

I used laserpointerpro only bc of recommendation from a satisfied customer. There were warning signs such as no phone number or customer service link on website, then PayPal asking if I was sure about ordering. After 3 weeks of waiting, with no shipping confirmation, I contacted them thru their website email about item status and was told it had already been delivered on Nov 29. But the tracking details they included stop at Nov 28, stating a delay. So this companys customer service is lazy, incapable, or intentionally misdirecting to avoid fulfillment. A week later I sent another request for them to look into it, and got same exact useless response.
It is SO offensive to be treated this way and hope they will be shut down asap.

🚨Bitte die Gesamte Bewertung Lesen!🚨Habe vor knapp zwei Monaten dort einen 146 € Laserpointer bestellt, aber nie erhalten. Meiner Erfahrung nach: Kauft Laserpointer auf Amazon und eBay, dort seid ihr safe und kriegt entweder den Artikel oder euer Geld zurück. Meidet alle externen Firmen zu Laserpointern, reiner Cashgrab.

Sollte ich den Laserpointer dennoch bekommen, wird sich die Bewertung aktualisieren.

Update: Laser Pointer kam nun an nach 4 Monaten! Produkt entspricht den Bildern, kann man nicht meckern, funktioniert, liegt aber leider nur ein Ladegerät für US-Stecker bei, ansonsten top.

Fazit: Wer hier bestellt, bekommt sein Produkt. Allerdings sprengt die Versandzeit alle Grenzen.

The amount of mW they advertise is an absolute scam. For example a handheld 50.000 mW direct diode or DPSS does not exist.
While they typically do deliver in 6-8 weeks, the handheld laserpointer you receive will more than likely not have the amount of mW you ordered.
On the plus side, when you confront their support desk, which has really good response times, they do offer (partial)refunds and allow you to keep the received laserpointer.

UPDATE: June 30 - I finally got my laser after almost a month. If I had waited another day, this post would not exist. LOL Anyway, the packaging was fine, no damages. The sender's address was from a woman with an American name in Idaho (or was it Iowa?), even though this came from China. I'm guessing they have some support here in America for easy delivery, in case the products get seized or whatever? I don't know, but in any case...

I tried out the laser and am satisfied with it. I was under the impression that it could burn stuff but sadly it could not. MY FAULT for not reading all of the details in the description, however, I think they should erase the word "BURNING" from the title as it could cause a misunderstanding. Overall, it's a nice laser that I could find some use for self-defense purposes or deter thieves at my job. Thank you, LaserPointerPro!

Ordered a laser at June 1, 2025.

Got a e-mail on June 9 which reads: "Thank you for ordering from Laserpointerpro.com. Your order 90222674 was shipped today and should be arriving soon."

As of today writing this review, it is now June 27.
No laser yet.
Still waiting.

As for the Tracking Number. I use the site they gave me. I input the tracking number and it shows nothing but blank. Site seems useless.

I paid for credit card, not PayPal.

I will stay up to date. If my laser finally arrives, hopefully it is exactly what their site says it is. Then, if all is good I will give good review.

So I'm a Noob regarding lasers but I wanted to own a powerful quality product.

I placed 2 Lasers into my shopping cart with no intention of buying, but to keep an eye on them while i do research about the company.

Well, looking deeper and deeper into them i realized that their company is an ordinary house or small building of some sort. SUS. This already means they're dropshipping chinese garbage which matches with the awful packaging people report about.

And then at second glance I realized... What? 50.000mW Power? Isnt that 50W? Look at these lasers. They barely have a battery. Even if you wanted them to spit out 50W of power.. they dont have the batteries to do that! and even if you could make a small 10Wh battery to spit out 50W, it'd weaken in seconds and be dead in a matter of minutes ready to be charged for hours.
I think the most powerful handheld laser you can get is around 7W (7000mW) and pretty damn expensive.

SO. I left the stuff in my shopping cart. I didnt even start the purchasing process but already made an account. The email was also linked to my paypal and guess what, they wanted me to pay! Who knows if they would have even sent my order.
And if they had, it'd propably been cheap crap.
They wouldnt even have legally been allowed to send a 500mW laser to me cause Germany doesnt like anything above 1mW, sadly.

I bought a laser a couple of years ago but never wrote a review I received a green laser 300MW however after about 5-10 uses it stopped working and the laser only had a small red glow in the tip of it. they asked me to upload an unlisted YouTube video to prove it and they sent me another within the delivery time which worked perfectly!

A couple of weeks ago I was looking at some lasers on laser pointer pro.com and I guess I put one in my shopping cart but after reading some reviews and other things I decided I was not going to use that company to buy a laser. That was on the 13th of March well today which is 19th of March I got a email from PayPal asking me if I wanted to pay this invoice that they've been sent for $124 I saw the word laser pointer pro and I thought what the heck. Then I noticed there was more than one invoice It was for the same thing but they'd sent it multiple times on different days for the same $124 now I had bought a laser from the laser pointer store two days before that for $85 and it's on its way right now because laser pointer store has good reviews and lots of satisfied customers. I'm trying to figure out how they even knew I had a PayPal account perhaps my email address they linked it up. Because with PayPal I use a completely different email than all my other stuff. But I told them that the invoice looked pretty shady and most likely a scam, so I declined and I said do not pay that $124 to laser pointer pro, so right now they are investigating it to see what's going on. But imagine, I put the thing in my cart and just left the website without doing anything, next thing you know they're trying to charge me for that laser. had I not known that obviously an $89 lasers is not going to come out to be $124 after tax even shipping and all other stuff so I knew right away did it was a scam. Scary thing is though if I had not been paying attention and that price would have been somewhere close to my $89 price that I paid for the other one I may have said yes to it just seeing the word laser and 89 thinking wow that's why my laser hasn't got here yet cuz I have to okay the payment on it before they'll send it, but that was not the case, they already said they shipped it that's what made me look a little closer at things. Buyer beware Laser Pointer Pro is very sketchy and very shady the horror stories I've heard and read it's not a place you want to do business with unless you like throwing away your money.

Extremely shady company. Ordered something, then found out about the bad reviews and that they sell over-specced lasers and lasers that don't exist. Requested to cancel, they refunded, but now weeks later, they are sending me an invoice to an old paypal.

Legit site! Ive ordered two lasers from here now and altho it takes a while my order arrived. And they are awesome. I always got a reply when i emailed them as well as i wasnt sure if it was dodgy but its not. They also offer postal insurance for a small fee

Ordered a laser a few weeks ago and it actually arrived and its legit. It took a while coz it came from china but it is here and It came brand new with batteries. Im gonna order a bigger more powerful one now i know they do actually arrive lol so anyone doubting the legitimacy of this company it is for real.

Da una settimana ho fatto un ordine e non riesco a sapere niente del mio acquisto.

they send out invoices at random to you, if you stop your ordering process i.e. while at selecting shipping.

they hope you pay.

it's a scam website. Please don't buy there!
