Jen is always really friendly and professional on my visits. She’s always been really knowledgeable whenever I’ve asked questions and generally puts me at ease.

I had my first laser hair removal appointment today and had a 10/10 experience. Everything was thoroughly explained pre & post treatment with all questions answered. The ladies make you feel super comfortable during your session and talk you through each step and how the machine works. I left my appointment with a goodie bag of wonderful aftercare products. I’m back in 6 weeks for my second session and I’m so excited. I’ve always wanted laser hair removal & I’m so glad I chose this salon. Thank you so much Jen :)

Just had my first session of legs, bikini and underarm laser at Laser Lounge and was so impressed. Jen was so warm and professional and made me feel completely comfortable and the lounge itself is in the most beautiful location. The treatment was super quick and easy and completely pain free I couldn’t believe it. Thanks so much, so excited for the rest of my sessions!

Really professional and friendly service, really makes you feel comfortable getting your face zapped with a laser. Very lgbt+ positive.

Excellent service as always, hairs a lot more maintainable. I’d highly recommend the scrub.

Really happy with my results. Had 7 sessions and can see a real difference. I used to struggle with ingrown hairs really bad but since having laser, I don’t get any. It’s given my skin the chance to heal from the scarring.
The hair is still there but much less and much thinner. And takes longer to grow back.
Special mention to Jen as she’s amazing and made the whole experience.

Just within walking distance from tram, and services provided by Jen is wonderful. Feel very relaxed while doing facial treatment.

I bought as well the sunscreen provided for facial use, and it was quite good compared to drugstore bought. Would come again 👍🏼

Booking is so simple, facilities are incredibly clean, Jen is clearly a professional and takes such care every appointment.
