I had my second session with Seni today. I have had sessions of laser before at even different clinics and no one has been as thorough and precise as Seni. She ensured I got my moneys worth. Seni was extremely friendly and competent she knew what settings was best for me and talked me through everything including the aftercare. She made me feel well looked after and even helped me apply the laser aid afterwards. She was extremely patient and made me feel heard. She focused on all my needs and ensured that they were all met. I am extremely happy with the service that Seni has provided. I am already seeing amazing results and cannot thank her enough.

The clinic is unprofessionally run. The staff are not trained. A bero highlighter is used to mark your body, the equipment is not cleaned between clients, no towels to cover up, not enough glasses as eye protection.
I've had the door opened midway through a intimate area laser session, had appointments cancelled 3 times within an hour of scheduled appointment. The phone is never answered!
The results of the laser is non existent because the staff stick to the lowest settings due to lack of training. Avoid is worth paying more and using a clinic where you will see results and more professional.

Awful experience. The lack of the owner’s professionalism is shocking .
I bought a Lazer hair removal package and she promised I will be seeing a maximum of 2 therapists as I told her I was self conscious about undressing in front of strangers. Since I got it I must’ve seen at least 6 different people although I book in advance and they confirm to me over and over it would be the same person then once there I am told each time well it’s someone different.

Just had a microdermabrasion with Rachel at the Plymouth rooms. Great treatment very thorough, felt amazing afterwards and looking forward to seeing more results over the next few days. I'm so pleased with the results of my first treatment for facial veins with Tamsin. Booking was easy via the website, the consultation was timely and relaxing as was the treatment. The staff are friendly and I was happy to receive personalised advice and recommendations. I've already booked a further 2 appointments and purchased skincare. Would highly recommend.

After 14 sessions I would have expected much better results and better services.

- Even though you schedule appointment way in advance and always turn up on time it was never on time and always delayed.
- staff members overworked and quite anxious
- one staff member told me that she was abused and threatened by another customer’s boyfriend outside the premises and manager did nothing about the incident. That is insane that company tolerates such a behaviour…
- staff members changed nearly every session which meant that each used different strength laser option
- with the amount of customers they have you can tell that lasers are knackered and not as affective
I would recommend to save the pennies and go to better laser clinic

Extremely pathetic treatment they are only after your money. I was literally 5 mins over my appointment which was to last for 10 mins as it was just lip and chin and they refused to treat me and even created a scene. Worst service ever they dont even cover the areas for laser properly. Just money and business oriented place they will not value you as a customer
