I couldn’t be happier with my results so far! I’ve had 4 treatments on my bikini and underarms and 3 on my lower legs, and the hair is noticeably reduced and growing much slower. My skin is much smoother, with no more ingrown hairs or shaving spots.

All the staff I’ve met have been professional, kind and understanding, making what can be an intimate treatment feel completely comfortable. The whole process is quick and efficient, and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. Highly recommend! ❤️

I like how some girls are thorough. I don’t like how thoroughness is dependant on who you get. When I see certain girls I know she wants the time gone as quick as possible and don’t care about my results and it dampens the experience.

I’ve visited several branches of this clinic, and I’ve always had a really positive experience. The staff at every branch have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, which always makes me feel comfortable.

It’s a lovely clinic with consistently great service, and it has become my go-to place whenever I need treatment. I’ve also recommended it to many of my friends because I genuinely trust the service and the team.

Florina is the best therapist at laser clinic Ilford , she made sure every treatment was completed with care, always ensured i was comfortable. My skin was stinging a little on my arms during the session, she applied cooling gel and kept checking I was ok. Was very patient and did not rush the session at all. She genuinely cares for clients and clearly has a passion for what she does .
I would definitely recommend asking for her.

The previous reviews I wrote were in utter desperation at my plight. An employee at the Norwich branch I saw for a laser consultation didn't do anything apart from smirk at me with her loathsome colleague (I now realise as they stood at the counter their faces were turned away from the CCTV so I have no material evidence for proof). As a Trans individual I went there in utter desperation at ridding my face/body of loathsome hair -GENDER DYSPHORIA IS SEVERE WITH ME. The worker had taunted me in the 'consulting room' with the comment: before you have white hair (I'm 59).
I found another worker to be peurile in her behaviour towards me during 2 permanent laser hair sessions treating my upper body (LCUK PACKAGE) so I can eke out my last reserves of cash.
After these sessions are completed I certainly won't be returning to this CHAPELFIELDS OUTLET. I feel outed/ humiliated by such individuals as they. The revelation hit me recently: I must pay more elsewhere just to be treated as an ordinary human being. But then why should I pay more just because the reason I attend such a clinic isn't purely for aesthetic reasons it's to save my sanity/life. After my next upper body treatment there I will be happy to discuss my concerns with you and those individuals about whom I've written. This revue is as genuine as it gets. I have absolutely no embarrassment concerning my openness. In life issues need to be openly discussed not hidden away. I omitted the crucial point: I'm NEURODIVERGENT. A thought just occurred to me: I can be at your above Norwich branch tomorrow afternoon if convenient to you?

Extremely disappointing experience working at Laser Clinics Bradford

I joined Laser Clinics Bradford expecting to work for an established and professional company, but unfortunately my experience was very different. I left after only around two weeks because of the issues I experienced within the clinic.

During my short time there, I witnessed and experienced a number of concerns, including:

Staff being spoken to and treated in a way I found disrespectful and unprofessional, including in front of other colleagues and customers.
Being instructed to carry out treatments in a way that contradicted what we had been advised during training.
Being told to miss areas of treatments because appointments were running over, despite clients noticing and raising complaints.
Clients being booked in ways that, in my experience, made it extremely difficult for treatments to be completed properly and on time.
Working shifts where breaks, including lunch breaks, were often not taken, while staff were also expected to stay beyond their scheduled hours.
A health and safety concern involving equipment where I reported exposed/hanging cables. I was told to move/wiggle the wires to make the machine work, and subsequently saw the wires being put back against the wall. I also witnessed damaged equipment being used.
New members of staff being expected to open, close, clean, stocktake and train others very shortly after starting, without what I considered sufficient induction or preparation.
I personally felt that concerns raised by staff were not dealt with appropriately, and I witnessed complaints from both colleagues and clients on several occasions.
On one occasion, I witnessed a larger client being told she should book the appointment as a male client as this would allow more time. I found this extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable to hear and felt it was not an acceptable way to speak about or deal with a client.

I initially believed that joining an established company would provide a professional working environment, but my experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. The high turnover of staff was also noticeable during my time there, with other employees expressing similar frustrations about their experiences.

Unfortunately, my experience did not end when I left. I have also had difficulties regarding outstanding wages. I was advised to contact the relevant manager directly about money owed to me. I made several attempts to do so and was repeatedly ignored.

I am sharing this review because I believe prospective employees and clients should be able to make an informed decision based on the experiences of people who have actually worked at the clinic.

This review reflects my personal experience during my time working at Laser Clinics Bradford. I sincerely hope that Head Office takes the concerns raised by former employees and staff seriously and investigates the issues surrounding management, working conditions, health and safety, and outstanding pay.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff member who carried out my laser treatment today. She was incredibly welcoming, approachable and lovely throughout. She explained what she was doing and regularly checked that I was comfortable. I particularly appreciated how considerate she was with the laser settingswhen I experienced some stinging or discomfort, she adjusted the setting straight away to make the treatment more comfortable.I really liked the doctor was excellent. Thank you very much.
