As Medi-park Clinic beauty we have been working with Laseraid for a year and they have been providing excellent service. They always have the solution whenever you need them in urgent cases. Really reliable, professional and never let you down. Service, equipment, training, repair all on time and quick.

Laser Aid have honestly been so amazing and delivered on every aspect from machine to training to ongoing support, I would recommend them 💯 for your business !

Laseraid has been absolutely fantastic!
I found them earlier in the year and they went above and beyond to help me with a technical laser problem, even though at the time the laser didn’t come from themselves.
Because of the outstanding customer service I received it was an obvious choice to choose them to get a new device from. Since then, the level of service from Jamel, Darren, Chelsea and Konrad that I have received has been nothing but excellent. I’m so pleased I have found them as chosen them as my laser provider and can’t wait to train and work closer with them. I couldn’t recommend them any more!
Thank you to the whole team 😊

Laseraid are excellent. They helped us out with the rental of a machine within a few days. Initial contact and office support were 1st class. We will most definitely use them again and we recommend others to try their service.

The entire team at LaserAid have been brilliant. From our initial enquiry through to installation delivery and service the service has been very professional.
The equipment subscription model is both innovative and flexible.

Excellent service from start to finish. Darren and Conrad were extremely helpful and professional. Would highly recommended.

It came as no surprise to me to discover that Laseraid has a five star trust pilot rating.
Jamel, Director, delivers an exceptionally first rate standard of service.
He has excellent communication skills alongside being friendly, dedicated, honest, professional and reliable plus prompt in his response to my enquiries. I contacted him with regard to selling an M22 following the closure of a salon due to the pandemic. He gave me a contact in the United States who was interested in buying my machine. Following this introduction, he acted as a third party without receiving any financial remuneration. At first, I thought this is too good to be true, however, in this case, it was “true!!”. The sale was agreed upon with Jamel organising the transport of the laser to the USA.
There is no way I could have negotiated this transaction without his help and guidance. I will be forever grateful to him for this.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Thank you Jamel.

Excellent service I would never thought I would get the part I wanted very next day. Very efficient

I couldn't ask for a better educator.

I Completed the Candela max pro training at head office in Watford yesterday.
The course was very informative.
Sarah is a great trainer, she explains it in a very simple way for you to understand.
Thank you.
