Hi Linda,
Firstly thank you for your order for the new bed and headboard.
Many thanks for your kind words and I'm pleased we could of been a service to you. Although I think the star rating hasn't been selected correctly as you've rated us 1/5 stars. 1 being poor and 5 being excellent!?
Just wondered if this could be amended?
Regards,
Linda Perry

I do actually love Larry Speares
I love Larry Speare because for carpets you go in...they measure up...arrange delivery and send fitters. For beds or mattresses, you order they deliver. It's all so easy to complete. At other places sorting fitting has been hard, now I never go anywhere else. They also keep a record and know room sizes. Excellent service all round. This weekend I was served by a lovely young man who I think wasn't there last time I went. Thank you

They were brilliant... ordered a bed base and floor covering and they were able to provide top quality products that were delivered and fitted at very short notice. Very pleasant to deal with and excellent workmanship on the floor covering fitting. Would most definitely go to this company again for other products and would highly recommend them.

Great service from the showroom and the guy who came out and measured the carpet, off cuts left which we appreciated. Only downside was the big bag of glue spray containers, old carpet bars and other rubbish left behind which they could of taken. I assume they don’t have trade waste licensing to dispose?

Thank you for leaving us a review. Our fitters would take away waste that is not our customers product (i.e. we always leave you off cut offs and any unused glue etc that you have paid for) They do have a waste licence but there is an extra charge for this. I'm sorry this wasn't explained more clearly, I will pass your comments onto the team. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
