SCAM!!! I ordered an item that didn’t even exist, so I never got it. Got an answer on email, that they would give me store credit. When I asked for my money back, they stopped answering. So my money is gone, and that hurts, not only my wallet but also my ego. I am happy to remove this grade if I get my money back though.

FRAUDULENT SITE !!! BE AWARE. I ordered on 14 of June a dress. Until now they didn't even provide me with the tracking number. After several emails of asking my tracking number their answer was "Hello dear! Your product never arrived at our factory. We are very sorry.
Maybe you liked another products for this amount? We could solve this problem with you" AWAY FROM THIS SITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company does not deserve any stars but I have to report them. They are decieving and false trading. I tried to report them on Instagram. I ordered an item two months ago and it never arrived. This Mary Anderson replies but does not follow up. They said they would add credit to my account and then refund me and I have not received anything. I reported them to consumer protection. They should not be online.

Ordered a cardigan, it took 3 weeks to come, the quality was very poor with threads hanging everywhere, no labels so no washing instructions. I sent 3 emails and only got a reply on the 3rd one as I raised a dispute with my bank. They came back and told me I couldn’t return item as it wasn’t faulty. Don’t ever order anything from them.

Personally this company do not deserve one star but I had to press a star to access this review. No stars are appropriate, the company should be shut down but i dont know who should be respondible for this? Trustpilot maybe could do something? I ordered 2 pair of boots on the 17th Dec 24. I

rubbish, unprofessional and hasnt a clue or understanding of my emails. To cut a very long story short after yet another email i sent the company I received an email back from Mary that i should of received the boots as the delivery company said they had delivered them! This "company" are commiting fraud.... no items received no refunds given surely this is fraud? and deceitful so are the delivery company whoever they are!
The company should not be trading! The company is not trading legally what can be done about this? From the reviews I have just read many people feel the way I do.

Ordered two items. Should have checked the reviews first! My Bad!

1. It took three weeks for the items to arrive.
2. Appalling quality. Cheap fabric and poor sewing. Nothing like the website photographs. If I had physically seen these items in a shop would not have paid £1 for either of them!
3. The sizes that arrived were incorrect. Ordered medium and both were XS. None fit.
Cannot recommend this Company. Poor quality products and incorrect sizing.

Ya, I should’ve known better. Received my item but it is not at all what I ordered. When you go to website to do a refund there is no link to begin a refund, u just have to go through support, which does not respond. SCAMMERS

The products arrived ( the two of three items ) after more of three weeks and the third has not yet been delivered , I cannot track the item because the link is wrong and after more of a month has not yet arrived!
The support is awfull and not helpfull at all.
The quallity has nothing to do as seen from the pictures. You cannot make any changes or return when the products are on sale.

Write to Larmossi every day, bombard them with claims and complaints.
1 star is also too much...honestly I think I was naive. not ascertaining the origin of the goods.
I ordered a jacket (ok, faux suede, I was aware of that) dark brown suede, from what the picture showed, 84 euros.
I received some kind of sweatshirt, light brown, bad!
I wrote to ask how to make a refund and customer support responds with refund policy link; they don't accept refund request unless the goods are damaged. I replied explaining (with photos) that the jacket I received was totally different from how it was shown on the site and they...disappear!
Much better Shein or Temu, I was scammed!
of course then I learned that the goods were coming from China...service bordering on indecent.
They put posts on FB and Instagram without comments (because they delete them)

Expensive China shop and very untrustful.
You can order same stuff at Temu and pay 50% less.

I bought two sweaters from larmossi.com. They were not labeled with washing instructions or what they were made of. There was no paperwork inside the package and no return address! I contacted customer support and asked for a return address, but I never received one! No one should buy anything from this brand!! The package came from China!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service. The website states that the items can only be returned if they looks different from the pictures shown on their website. That was the case. The product I received is completely different to what is shown in the pictures on the website. I have already written 3 emails to which I have not received a reply. These are shameless scammers, no one should order here!

This company is a scammer. They didn't provide the goods and don't want to return the money. I'm going to sue them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Goods look nothing like photos…cheap products from China!!

It’s a scam. I have never received my shoes. After several email exchange they keep tell me I can choose another item as they do not want to refund me.

SCAM COMPANY! I received 3 of the 4 items I ordered. Out of the 3, 1 was damaged and 2 had discrepancies from what was described. When I requested a refund, they waited until after the "30 day" after my shipment arrived to respond. Paypal is no help because it has been more than 30 days from shipment arrival date even though the request was initiated before the 30 day. I am now trying my CC company because I don't think this company should be allowed to get away with such shady dealings.

Nada que ver con lo que muestran en Instagram. Ponen imágenes de otros sitios, sin etiquetas en el interior, que indican la composición de los productos. En otras palabras, alguna empresa china que hace producción en masa para ellos, la calidad es absolutamente de tercera categoría. Me arrepiento de haber comprado Instagram.

The worst company. Do not do business with them! If there’s any issue with your order, you will never get your money and it will take forever for them to even respond.

Half of my order did not arrive. When I asked for the refund of my money, it took them a month to offer me a store credit. I don’t wanna store credit. I want my money.

If I could give them zero stars I would.

Es una auténtica estafa, no recibí nunca el pedido, y a parte del dinero que me estafaron tengo que dar mil vueltas y perder un montón de tiempo de mi trabajo para presentar una denuncia contra ellos, esto es una pesadilla, por qué no miraría antes las opiniones, me fie de la página, ya que me salió en la publicidad de instagram. Una auténtica vergüenza que siga esta página abierta. Después de casi dos meses me llega el paquete y ahora no lo puedo devolver porque han pasado más de treinta días desde la compra. Es una auténtica estafa, la calidad horrible.
