+ configuration options for the device on website is well organized and gives a lot of useful choices
+ delivery was extremely rapid
+ mechanical construction seems to be solid
- touchpad sometimes overreacts and sometimes has difficulties to distinguish right from left clicks
- touchpad off center is not very ergonomic
- putting to and waking up from sleep mode and hibernation is pretty unreliable (reason for heat death of many devices in the past), to my opinion a no go for a laptop

Provided what I wanted and answered my questions
appropriately.

Great to deal with. Very efficient.

LaptopWithLinux provided the absolute best experience I've ever had purchasing a new computer. My first laptop from them, purchased more than 5 years ago, is still running strong. I recently upgraded to see what AI could do with an AMD iGPU and 96GB of system RAM, and I'm living the local LLM dream. I couldn't be happier!
The customization LWL offers is unreal. Pick your Linux OS, RAM, and SSD—or none of the above. It's a "choose your own adventure" computer build, which is exactly what an IT control freak needs. All of this comes at an incredibly fair price; if you spec out a similar build from Lenovo or System76, it'll make your eyes water. I received my laptop in just 3–4 days (Netherlands to US). If you need Linux on a laptop, look no further. I highly recommend them!

Love my laptop. They got a part of my order wrong and were quick to give a partial refund to make up for it. Very satisfied with the product and the response on customer service. Will definitely purchase from them again.

First contact where really great good advice great help. I still do need some service and i assume i do will get it because of the contact we already did have the laptop is really performing good only have some software struggle but i am a noob i dont know so i cannot say how or why but Yeah overall i feel really happy

They customised my laptop and shipped it in double quick time. Excellent service. I think their service will be in great demand as windows collapses.

As always, perfect. The hardware and the service.

Dispatched in less than 24 hours, ready to use with your Linux distribution of choice, plenty of choices for hardware customization.

Excellent laptop (Debian 13) delivered in due time.

Very fast, friendly, approachable and technical crew!

The Tongfang laptops are really great quality! Excellent screen, very fast cpu and steady build quality.
Easy to upgrade, the 14 inch can hold 2 fast nvme ssd's.
Accu is very big, weight is normal.
Laptop met Linux answers very fast to questions, they are real professionals.
Keep going and help people with Linux for more privacy!

Ordered laptop on 12/12/26, received 0n 12/17/2026 in perfect condition. Love the computer. Five plus stars. I had a question about it and contacted laptopwithlinux via a form to contact customer service on their website. Laptopwithlinux never gave me the courtesy of responding to my question. Customer service zero stars. I still love the computer I bought from them
