I bought a replacement laptop battery. The unit itself ultimately wasn't 100% compatible with the device - the battery management interface caused issues. The vendor was very helpful and extremely accommodating/understanding. I would happily use them again. Great service!

Unusable and unsuitable for HP Spectre
while the battery technically works, It cannot be used for the intended machine as advertised. Despite multiple attempts to calibrate and adjust settings to reduce power draw, on installing it there were operating system instability issues rendering the computer unusable. I've since established that HP firmware for HP Spectre machines is known for this and there is no workaround to the use of non-HP manufactured batteries. I also noted the battery was manufactured over three years ago. Whether coincidence or not, the battery's voltage drop or transients from power draw appears the main issue. In summary, regretfully a waste of money.

We provide a 12-month warranty on all our batteries and are always happy to assist with troubleshooting, compatibility checks, or arranging a return or refund where appropriate.
Some HP Spectre models do indeed have firmware-level restrictions that can limit compatibility with non-OEM batteries, and we would have been glad to discuss this and advise before or after purchase. Battery manufacturing dates do not necessarily indicate reduced performance, as cells are stored and shipped under controlled conditions, but again this is something we would have been happy to review with you.
We genuinely regret that you were dissatisfied and would still welcome the opportunity to help resolve this if you wish to contact us directly.

Excellent experience. I ordered a battery because I thought that was where the fault was with my laptop's power system. The battery arrived quickly and was easy to install. I did some further investigation and found that the fault was elsewhere, so was able to reuse my existing battery and send back the new one. The return process was straightforward. Highly recommended.

I ordered the wrong battery to start with but it was corrected and sorted even arranging the collection because it was a battery. New battery is in and working perfectly.
