Drew was the best representative i have ever talked to. He spent all the time i needed to making a profile, transferring assets and getting a loan. I felt like i was at home. Five stars all the way around. I left a message on Labor Day and was not expecting to hear anything. But to my surprise Lantern called me. My support person Jung was amazing. He walked me through the whole process of my XRP loan. We had a little problem but we figured out a work around for that. Stellar support, great service. I look forward to many more loans and avoiding the capital gains tax that I would otherwise have to pay. It is nice to be able to use my otherwise idle XRP.
