The whole process was smooth and faultless, right from the first phone call with Gillian to the clearance itself. The quote was lower than the three others we had requested, and yet on the day the team turned up, worked like troopers through the heat, and left the place completely clear - no marks or damage to the walls lifting heavy furniture down steep stairs. Great job!

I was under time pressure to empty,clean and return a rental property for a deceased friend of mine. I picked Langleys as nearest to the property and what a find they were. I can't recommend Langley House Clearance highly enough! From the very first phone call to the final clearance, they were an absolute dream to work with. Gillian and her team were friendly, efficient, and professional. There were a couple of small challenges along the way, but they handled everything with no fuss or drama at all. It's also a huge relief to know they are licensed and that everything was disposed of properly—no worries about your items ending up where they shouldn't. They truly made a difficult process so much easier
