Tom and the team were fantastic! They were quick to respond to us with a quote, and after confirmation of appointment they contacted our estate agents immediately to arrange the earliest date they could for our homebuyers survey as per our request. The report was turned around within 48 hours, and is clearly very thorough! I will be using them again and can't recommend them highly enough!

Negative points:
-Lack of communication, i.e. no confirmation that survey had been arranged
-3 week wait from asking questions to getting answers due to a holiday being taken. Not even an out of office notification provided
-Survey not as thorough or accurate as other surveys I’ve had done.

Tom provided an excellent service from start to finish which was very competitively priced. He called almost as soon as I sent off my details.
I have nothing but praise for Tom’s professionalism and brilliant service. I would not hesitate to both use or recommend his services.

Excellent service, I needed a survey at very short notice and not only did they arrange this for me. The estate agent lost the keys so they had to then book another slot at short notice so they could meet my deadline.
