All of our Indian stone is ethically sourced and processed to the strict standards of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) ensuring no child labour is used, fair wages are paid and there is a safe workplace.

Paving slabs chipped and broken…
Had a small amount of materials delivered unfortunately alot was damaged. Not delivered on a pallet. Ended up costing me money, i'll stick with my usual suppliers from now on.
Two months for a reply wow your customer services are almost as good as your delivery skills, thanks for making me laugh. I was unable to contact you when I found the damaged materials as you were closed.
I ve been a groundworker for 30+ years and the professionals I know wont use you either. Very poor service>

The products you ordered are supplied to us loose rather than on pallets, and for this reason they are also delivered loose. Our HIAB vehicles are designed to safely unload these items individually, which is standard practice for this type of product.
With regard to the damaged flags, we’re sorry this occurred. Had you contacted us directly, we would have been more than happy to assist and help resolve the issue without it costing you additional money. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always aim to put things right where possible.
If you review our other feedback, you’ll see that we take great pride in providing a high level of customer service.

Best Builders Merchant around.
Great prices (most important) way better value than the big box stores. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the new building is a great boost to the site. Plenty of parking and a huge and beautiful display suite for paving. Nicely situated next to the mersey gateway bridge and delivery was kn time. Amazing company!

Landscape World - give them a visit
I knew what I was looking for so decided to give them a visit to check out their golden gravel and limestone grit. Their prices were very competitive but I didn't want to sacrifice quality.
There was no need to worry. Everything was spot on and I subsequently ordered online.
Delivery was next day and I was surprised how full their bulk bags were.
With the job done I had a full bag of the grit left so I gave them a ring and they were happy to collect it for me which was much appreciated as it avoided the need for me to dispose of it.
I would definitely recommend Landscape World.

Expensive delivery costs which took 2 weeks and then wrong product delivered but they’re not willing to send correct product.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we do appreciate all feedback, even when it’s not positive. However, there are a few key details that were not mentioned in your comments which we’d like to clarify.
You placed your order with us at 15:04 on September 22nd, and it was dispatched the following day via our courier. Your order was delivered on September 29th — a total of four working days later, not two weeks as stated.
You ordered a bulk bag of 20–30mm pebbles, which is exactly what was sent. You later contacted us to say you were unhappy with the size of some of the stones, and we explained that the product supplied matched your order and there may be some gravel that where bigger or smaller due to the product being natural stone. Unfortunately, there is no alternative product available to exchange in this case.
Regarding the delivery charge, please consider that you are located over 200 miles from our depot — we believe £49.20 is a very fair rate given the distance involved.
I did try to call you to discuss this further, but unfortunately the call was ended abruptly. As a family-run business, we take all feedback seriously, as it reflects both our family and the hard work we put into our business. That’s why we’re proud to maintain excellent ratings on both Trustpilot and Google.
