If I could give a negative star I would. I have been asking for the money that I invested back for a few years now. The website is down. Obiviously I havent seen my money. Let me know if there is a class action lawsuit I can join

It's been impossible to access my money and dashboard for years now. Landa is a scam, they took our money and are never going to give it back. The good news is that no one can get fooled again, since it's impossible to create new accounts.

I invested a big portion of my savings. And wasn't able to cash out or claim any dividends that was owed to me. I tried reaching out via phone and email but no answer. I plan on suing them for faulty practices

If I could give this company, no stars I’d do it. Landa has multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau. A class action suit should be filed against Landa. It’s a total fraud. The company takes your money and locks it out from ever getting it back if you dare invest in any of the properties they are offering.
Communication with the company is faulty, as the company will mince different dialogue into their responses to make it seem like they know what they’re talking about. But the sad reality is they’re operating under faulty premises, and they are not abiding by SEC regulations, hence the reason why they cannot get renewed. It’s a total scam! Thankfully, I only lost a very small amount compared to what I’m seeing from others.

Lost out on $600, i wish i never invested with Landa, they been telling me they are "working on it" for 18 months now, its ridiculous, at this point i just want my money back so i can move on, getting a lawyer involved soon

Lost all my money and can't even login!

Been with this app for three years and at first it seemed to grow around 4% a year which is not great, but not bad. Then six months ago all the properties stopped reporting anything. This is a real problem and no one responds to anything. Feels like I got ripped.

Lost over $1000 with this company- a total scam

Landa is horrible. The app hasn’t worked since 2024 and even then it was slow. They respond to emails saying they are working on fixing the app they refuse to refund anything. No app takes 9 months + to fix total scam. I hope they get the piss sued out of them

I'd give zero stars if i could. App no longer works haven't received any dividends in a long time im guessing they stole my money.

It was a good app for a pretty long time until the last nine months maybe close to a year already now it’s complete trash. Haven’t received any kind of dividend or distribution in at least eight months. You can’t login you can’t get your tax forms. I’m pretty sure these guys will be federally indicted. Hopefully another company buys them and make the shareholders hole. It is a good concept. They just executed it poorly. And I’m down a decent of my money but good thing I make a lot of money off of stocks.

Landa took 200 bucks out of my bank account without my permission months ago. I stopped investing with because of that. But, I could not et my investment ourt of them, I could not get a reply from them, or anyone to respond to my requests to close my account and get my investment back. Now, their app doesn't work at all and hasn't for months. Seems they have ghosted everyone and run with the money. I call scammers!!!

I haven’t been able to open my app for 2 months . I can never get anyone to email me back . I’m glad I only invested 500 dollars with them because it looks like I’ll never get it back.

Same issues as all the recent reviewers. Can't access or log into my account. On my phone the error message is " Unable to find the API " even after reinstalling the app.

Tried logging in on their website and the automated message is " We're making improvements, come back soon. "

Yeah something tells me they're not coming back soon lol

Very evident that this company is in trouble. The app has not worked for me for a long time. It won't open at all even after I reinstalled the app. No response or communication from the company.
Looks like all my investment is money down the drain. Do not invest. Do not lose your money.

It is a fraud, do not invest

The landa app has been down with no signs of coming back I managed to get most out but they held twenty hostage for at least a year...don't use at this point cannot recommend..Just like groundfloor

I would like to give them zero stars. They are slow to respond to questions, no dividends have been paid in several months, and trading has been suspended since at least October of last year. They are inept or a scam. My investment is being held hostage. Beware. I’m having a much better experience with Ark7.

It is 100 percent a scam. The are operated by people from INDIA. Beware
