Lancastrian Jewellers Anmeldelser

Lovely, unique pieces at a variety of price points are always available from Lancastrian Jewellers. I have bought so many pieces to treasure. They are always helpful and are very knowledgeable when it comes to vintage and antique jewellery.

I love the customer service I received. Replies were prompt and they were more than willing to accommodate my request. They also offered a generous discount (as I had purchased 2 pieces of jewellery). The items I received exceeded my expectations. Photos did not do it enough justice. I love the bracelet I ordered and will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

They were super helpful and so nice and responded to my emails very quickly

They were wonderful to work with. The ring I purchased was stunning—a belle époque-style tiara ring with a bow of small diamonds and an emerald. It is very well-made and such a stunning piece! They reached out to me, followed up quickly to answer questions, and were very kind. I ordered from the US and it was very easy to get my ring; it arrived very quickly and had no issues going through customs. I’m hoping to work with them again in the future.

First time buying vintage jewellery online which can understandably be a bit nerve racking but the process was seamless, the jewellery arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. The jewellery is so pretty and I expect it won't be the last time

Very informative descriptions on the page and very helpful responsive customer service.
Extremely fast delivery and shipping
Would highly recommend

Fabulous customer service. Wonderful communication. Beautiful watch chain and it shipped to the US very fast.

Thank you so much for a first class fantastic service. Delivery was so fast, I received my piece the next day in lovely packaging. The pieces are beautiful and so unique, exceptional quality pieces

This chain is everything and more, truly beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Danielle was lovely to work with always prompt with answering questions and requests. Wonderful experience and I look forward to my next piece. Thank you!

Be confident that you will get exactly what you ordered, it will look exactly like the pictures, and delivery will be faster than you could have imagined (at least, it is very speedy to the East Coast of the US!). Never a hesitation to order one of their beautiful and unique pieces! Thank you for always exceeding expectations. :-)

I was able to use layaway, which made my purchase affordable over a few months and I now own an amazing high quality moonstone necklace that's just perfect!

Thank you Danielle.

Beautiful ring! Sized perfectly. I will be shopping again with you!

Stunning item - just as described and pictured. I’m so happy with it 😃

Fast shipping. Well packaged. Item clean and as published and offered. Buy with confidence.

I was a tad nervous about buying an expensive piece of jewellery without seeing it first, but good communication with Danielle via e mail and telephone allayed my fear. The chain is beautiful. And the fact that I could return it easily if not suitable was another reassuring factor. Excellent service.

So happy with my new bracelet
Exactly as described, good value and fast delivery.
Thank you

I needed a bolt ring to be added to the chain and the seller accommodated my request on the house which was a really nice gesture. Item arrived fast and it exactly as pictured, actually even better in person. Looking forward to more awesome pieces from this shop.

Lancastrian Jewellers did it again! My padlock ring is absolutely exquisite and exactly as described. Danielle is extremely patient and answered all of my questions, making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This is not my first Lancastrian purchase and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Thanks so much for a painless transaction!

Great!!!
I will ba back

I adore my aquamarine and diamond ring. This is an absolutely exquisite antique heirloom. The diamonds are fiery and the aquamarine is an eye clean, icy blue (all stones of fine quality).

Danielle was extremely helpful & obtained an independent laboratory report for my piece upon request (prior to money exchanging hands and at no additional cost to me). This was greatly appreciated. I will definitely purchase from this seller again:)
