Placed order and received no order acknowledgement. Tried calling a few days later and left a phone message. No call back. Tried livechat the following day and was told my order would be delivered the following Wednesday. That was 5 days ago. Left another phone message. Still no reply. Have since been asked for a review - TWICE! So here you go....pretty shoddy. Any chance of my order arriving and if not, can I have my money back please? Is anybody there?

How can you write a review when the product hasn't been received. I ordered light fitting on the 28th December 2023, according to the website it claimed to be in stock. I rang the company 6th January 2024 and was told they would ring back after speaking to the warehouse, the young man did ring back and told me the light would be with me Tuesday 9th, it was a no show, so rang the company again to be told the same story only this time I didn't receive any call back. I have since e-mailed and told them I want to cancel my order and expect an immediate refund, if no refund is forthcoming I will contact my bank. As of now the light fitting in question shows it is in stock!!!

My low rating is for poor customer service. There was a missing strand and getting a replacement has proved challenging to say the least. Emails are ignored, telephone calls often state you are first in the queue but you are then redirected to leave an answerphone message which is also ignored. Online chat is hit and miss as to whether you receive a reply.
Unfortunately, the strand I eventually received was the incorrect one. I’d wrongly assumed that the empty bag in the original packaging was the correct label for the missing part. Despite, originally describing the part to the person I did manage to talk to and describing it in emails, the error was never picked up. I offered to return the incorrect strand but have heard nothing and there is very little hope of ever receiving the correct strand to fully complete my light.

Quick delivery and good selection of products at good prices

Order and delivery service was good. However the light base was damaged even though it was packed well with no box damage.
Communication over a replacement is non existent, no response to email, or by telephone even when speaking to them, left message no returned call.

The order arrived as expected. Items all as ordered. Cannot ask for more. Another site asked for 6 to 8 weeks as they would have to be manufactured to order???

The picture wall lights are really lovely. Delivery was so quick. Very happy with everything thank you.

Never been received

Please do not order here. I ordered x2 lights spending over £300 and after a week no updates had been received. I sent several emails with no response. I called and spoke to someone who promised to call me back and didn’t. After calling again and threatening to take my complaint further I thankfully then got a refund.

Ordered and payed for light and then received phone call explaining the light was not in stock and they would refund me. However the light was still showing on website,and said was available but had a price increase of £50.
So I think there was some thing underhanded going on.
Will never use again.

Ordered Thursday paid for next working day courier wasn’t expecting it Friday, but would expect Monday but it’s still not turned up at end of Tuesday no updates very poor. Left feelin bin scammed
If you check the date the product came 1 week late, if you can remember I called you to find out what was happening and you said you would return the next day carriage charge no problem. Item was ok when it arrived but you had not informed of any problems

Terrible. Avoid this company. My order hasn't been received and no one will reply to my emails. When I phone them, no one knows anything about my order and no one will call me back. Just keep getting fobbed off by staff who clearly aren't interested in helping.

I should say that they tried to have my review removed, I had to provide proof of purchase to verify my review.

I did eventually receive the goods.

Lancashire lighting contacted me on this platform on 1st March - four entire months after I complained, to ask if I received the goods. I think that tells you everything about their lack of customer service.

Today is almost 1 month I ordered but still not received

Still waiting for my delivery from last week's order/invoice - called and emailed but no one getting back to me yet. In stock with 2-3 day delivery is 8 days and counting at the moment with no news; communication is everything in customer service.

Very helpful and efficient company to do business with.
