I am unable to close my account, even though I am a vulnerable customer, because there are still funds in my account that I must successfully withdraw before I can proceed with account closure.
This is an abuse of responsible gambling principles and the treatment of a vulnerable customer. Withdrawals are being deliberately delayed.

Tentativa de não pagamento dos ganhos
Este casino atrasa e tenta não pagar os ganhos. Joguei, tive uma vitoria e pagaram os tres levantamentos iniciais dentro do prazo. Ao quarto levantamento, cancelaram o pedido passado 96h sem motivo real aparente. No chat dizem em primeira instancia (tenho a conversa guardada), que aingi o limite semanal e o levantamento na realidade que consegui fazer foi de 40% do limite semanal. De seguida na mesma conversa dizem-me depois de eu pedir para verificarem novamente, que afinal faltavam documentos, necessitavam de uma selfie com o cc na mão (como faltam documentos se ja fizeram 3 pagamentos??).
Ja de tudo me disseram, que estava em averiguação (averiguaçao depois de terem feito 3 pagamentos??), que tinha de aguardar, etc.
Enviei email para o suporte conforme indicado no chat com reclamaçao formal, nao responderam...
Pensem mesmo bem antes de colocarem la o vosso dinheiro.
