I wasn’t aware of the construction time of the garment which I think could have been better explained or highlighted on the website as it missed the event I wanted it for , however this was my mistake so if you order in plenty of time you should be fine. The quality of the garment is excellent and the comms from the people making it were brilliant .

We were very underwhelmed by this product. It looked nothing like the photos on your website when we ordered it. It was for our son’s birthday, and it arrived 3 weeks late. And look nothing like we were led to believe. Very disappointed actually.

I previously bought one single custom Jersey and received it and fell in love with it, as well as all my friends, loving it to wanting their own. After placing my second order of total of four additional jerseys, they were produced/made and shipped easily, quickly, and were phenomenally made like the first one too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get them due to an insufficient address on the package and it was returned to the sender and I’m currently working with them in order to get my order sent out again or get them shipped out to me which returned expedited. They are quick with their response and emails and always present with communication when having questions I would absolutely recommend them for any custom-made clothes going forward. I really hit the jackpot and the luck of the draw of googling what I’m eating and selecting them out of the list that came up. Very happy. And I’ll be much happier when I get my second order too. As well as my family being equally as happy because they want their jerseys and are jealous of me having mine already lol

I expected to receive a sign with lighting fitted
I expected to receive a sign with lighting already in place. What I got was a sign with a bag full of wires & LED's separately. Not terribly happy with that to be honest.

The design of the jersey is great but
The design of the jersey is great! But the sizing seems really off.. I bought a large and 3X for a friend and me to have a baggy shirt but ended up looking a size or so smaller.
Also would be great to be able to change fonts as well but it’s a minor thing
