Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have thoroughly reviewed your case and would like to clarify the situation.
Our records show that you first contacted us about a potential fault in your order several months after the item was purchased. We responded to your initial inquiry and, upon your request, even sent a replacement product which our records show was successfully delivered to you.
Unfortunately, you did not get back to us for four months to let us know you hadn't received the replacement. Due to the significant delay in communication on your end, we were unable to continue with your return request.
We understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience you experienced. We strive to resolve all customer issues in a timely manner, and this requires consistent and timely communication from both parties. We regret that in this case, a lack of communication led to an unsuccessful resolution.
missing parts
there are parts missing and i am unable to get a response from them. I purchased 2 wardrobes which i can't assemble.

Everything was wonderful.
I don’t know why this company gets so much hate. I got x2 bedside cabinets made of solid oak for £49 each (over £20 cheaper then everywhere else online) and the cabinets arrived fully assembled (ecstatic about this as I was fully prepared to assemble them). They also arrived in great time so all in all 10/10 experience.

I ordered two Gabion baskets...
I ordered two Gabion baskets. One package did not contain the correct parts, therefore I advised Lakaza. They attempted to organise delivery of the correct parts on two occasions but failed on both occasions. This is possibly down to the supplier, however, the two failed deliveries has now cost me money due to having to cancel / rebook the trades employed to assemble and erect the baskets. No compensation has been offered and communication is now non-existent. I have now modified other parts to fit accordingly. Never again!

Your order was delivered within 7 business days from the date your ordered. This is well inline with our shipping policy.
You ordered a "Wall Mirror" and it is our responsibility to ensure that your order is well packaged and delivered safely to you. We do not offer express delivery for such items or any big items sold on our website.
We appologize if you were expecting your order sooner that that. But our shipping policy clearly mentions that is can take 1-2 days to prepare your order and another 5 business days for the order to reach out to you.
