order placed...order billed to my cc...2 MONTHS AGO...no HUMAN response from email or phone...LA Herb answering service is "full"...never a pickup at ANY time during LIMITED business hours...Hey, LA Herb Guy on the company greeting: try smoking a bit less of your product and start communicating with customers who YOUR COMPANY has billed!

Placed an order two weeks ago and never got a shipping confirmation or anything. Emailed customer service to see if my order is still coming but they won’t respond. I don’t recommend purchasing anything here, they’ll just take your money and run

Never received my order been like 2 months now

Like most of the reviews here, we placed an order for a gift for our son to make homemade root beer. Have tried to reach out, call, email, contact their customer support and they do not respond. Have taken the money, but have not received the goods. With the number of complaints, as an attorney here, am likely going to file a complaint with California Attorney Generals office. See if they can get something done.
Update: I have filed a complaint with CA attorney General's Office on Consumer Issues. I suggest anyone who has had similar issues do the same and get this scam business out of business.

I place an order of almost 50 dollars in April of 2025,still have not received anything and called repeatedly,no product no refund, I had ordered previously and received my order,so I thought I would be safe in ordering again ,but no product no refund after 3 months.These people will not get back in touch with you and say their voice box is full and can not receive any more messages, I'm very sure it is full from everyone calling about not receiving their merchandise or refund,please do not use them.

i ordered and waited 3 weeks to send first reach out and ask where my order was? they took payment right away. I just sent notice that the next time they hear from me will be with a credit card reversal for " Paid and not received". have not gotten a response to that letter yet. I will never Try to do business with these people again.

I went online looking for herbs to use for my herbal remedies. Laherb had a wide variety and everything I was looking for. I ordered all one ounce size as that is their smallest size. I wanted to test the situation, not just them but my use. They arrived so fast I was amazed! I had my order in a week. They are on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. Everything was well packaged, labeled nicely too. I ordered powder, flower tops and just powdered leaves. I just finished some chamomile tea (infusion). It was a delight! I hope to get some organic certificates to pass along. Thank you Laherb 🙂

I placed an order 5/20 as yet have i received it. After multiple calls, and a poor review someone calling themselves Lucy responded stating that they were going to ship the product. 2months later and $83.00 dollars short no product no refund. The Ca BBB has received various complaints. They are beyond poor more like thieves. They are also on Amazon stealing from people.

I have called, emailed, they took my money and have not sent my products. The items are part of my cancer regiment, I ordered prior to me running out, but now I am totally out of everything. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

I wish I could give negative stars, this company is trash. I placed my order on May 29th and here it is mid July. I’ve sent emails to get no reply. I call and get voicemail. How is this business still open with so many negative reviews. You work hard for my money to get scammed..smh.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. I ordered on Jan 28, 25. I've tried to contact them several times without success except for the first time. They did tell me they were behind because of the California fires and Christmas and I thought OK, I'll wait a little more....but it's now over 6 months and I've requested a refund several times and no answers. It's too bad really because I've ordered from them before with no problem.

LA Herb is a scam. Do not pay for anything! They do not respond and just take your money. Horrible place.

Scam and fraud alert - I placed my order in March 2025 and they sent an email the next day that my order was being processed and shipped. Never received what I paid for. I reached out several times by phone and email and never received a response. I asked for a refund. No refund, no product ever received.

I placed an order in December of 2024. I received all of my items except for one item. I agreed to wait on them to send it and i never received it and no one answered me (by email or phone) as to when I can get a refund or store credit.

No communication, I plase an order $136.00 2 months ago and never herd of them again, now their website is closed completely.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. the only email that I received was to thank me for my order. They collected the payment but I haven't heard anything else. And when I try to go to the website, it's no longer there.

I placed my order over a month ago and it still has not been processed or shipped. I've called for 2 weeks and never hot anyone on the phone, I've emailed them about a week after I placed the order because I wanted to add 1 items to my order since it hadn't been processed yet someone did respond to the initial email after almost a week and asked what item did I want to add and then I never heard anything else no response to any other email. I don't know what the issue is on why it takes for ever to ship out orders or even the customer service aspect of it answering the phone or responding to emails timely seems to be a huge struggle for this company. Maybe that is why they offer 25% off their products to entice people to order from them, for what its worth I've gotten 50% off of products from other companies and the items were shipped within 3 days of the order being placed so this is just unacceptable on so many levels.

I wish they would at least answer my calls/emails...at this point I am pretty sure I've lost my money.

Europesnus’s website is user-friendly, and their customer service is top-notch.
