Don’t order here. The clothes come from China, which is not clear on the website. The quality is really the lowest ever. Feels like plastic. I did not even want to try those clothes on my skin. The return process is extremely difficult and costly.Out of Austria I paid 45€ to ship back to China, had to fill in the tax forms etc. I waited 5 months for my return, which they actually were not willing to refund. They expected me to pay their taxes in China. I got the money back only after threatening with negative reviews on all possible social media. The only positive thing I can say is that they replied to my emails

Lovely coats, great customer service
I ordered two long coats, both of which are lovely - true to description and size. Unfortunately, I ordered polyester and not wool, so the material does not agree with me. I contacted customer services and they replied straight away. Fast service to rectify the mistake.

I ordered a shirt on this website and wanted to exchange it for a larger size. Instead of making me pay the shipping fee, the company offered me a better option by allowing me to keep the item and giving me a store credit to purchase the next size up. This worked out because I ended up purchasing an additional item as well and shared the item I couldn't wear with someone who needed it. Great alternative!

Great Customer Service
Company kept me informed of the delivery status throughout the process which was great. I ordered the 'Oversize Wool coat' in small. Unfortunately it was a bit big for me but the I love the quality and style so I'll be returning for a smaller size.
Nb. If you are a UK8, maybe opt for extra small!
Customer service has been super responsive throughout the process and I will definitely be returning to this store again.

Great customer service
All I can say is that their customer service is very good. This is the second time i have ordered from them. The first time I loved the item. The second time it was the wrong size( my fault) and they went out of their way to give me options on what can be done to get it right. Will definitely be ordering again!
