Terrible company. Took forever to get, and then wasn't even the right product I ordered. Then after going back and forth they blocked me. What a waste! The product I did receive was cheap and definitely not worth the money spent. Will never order again.

They take money but never deliver the items.

Sadly this was ordered for a birthday present and the original date said the 13th of May… about three weeks after ordering. It still hasn’t shown up and the tracking doesn’t say arrival date. I asked them to cancel it and they said that it had shipped and they couldn’t. It took me about three minutes to file the claim on my card. Certainly not an Amazon experience! Should have read the reviews first eh?

Never received my order. Zero response from customer service. DO NOT order from them, it is a scam

Sizes not maching, poor china quality, goods torn during the fitting. Do not recomend!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed a order on oct 25 2024, i have still not recieved any items , customer service is by email only and they answer and say they completely understand and thats it , they do not want to refund the money when they messed up , do not trust this company

Purchased for me as a gift. Extremely overpriced. Poor quality items. Exactly like other reviewers have stated. Took forever to arrive and came in the same packaging you that you would receive from Temu or DH Gate. Purchased 2 items at the same time but items arrived at different times leading me to believe they're just a "middle man" ordering from companies in China and having shipped to buyers at an extreme mark up. Went back and forth with their customer service via email for over a week providing photos of the items in their packaging only be told they won't allow a return on "sale" items (Discount code was automatically applied at checkout) but are allowing an exchange as a "courtesy". Even after discount, $100 for 2 cheaply made items that aren't worth the packaging they arrived in. Scammers because these items are definitely NOT high quality as advertised.

Terrible. Cheap horrible material, badly made, buckle stitched on back to front. Cheap bad quality Chinese temu cr#p.Really disappointed. Took ages to arrive to, much longer than I was told.

Worst quality of any garment I've ever purchased. Not at all what they claim in the description. Way over priced for what you recieve. Absolute garbage.

This is the same company as Lacy nightly both scams the use a Boulder,CO address to make you think there here by out of China. Waited 3 weeks for my order when it says 5-8 days than they just cancelled my order thank god I used PayPal so I got my money back

Yesterday I received my Lacy Mate order. Opening the package revealed a broken garment, which isn't surprising considering the shoulder straps are only attached to the rest of the garment by a single stitch.

The overall quality of the garment is extremely poor and feels like something you would expect from Temu. Unfortunately you aren't paying Temu prices, you are paying good money for a very poor quality product.

I have little hope of getting my money back, but I might be able to stop other people losing / wasting their money with this review. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews and wish I had bothered to check here before making my purchase.

Agree with the person who said if they could rate zero they would. Their lingerie is Temu quality at best and can’t believe I got so scammed but my bad for not checking reviews first. The quality is so cheap and no way to return. I vow to leave reviews until people get the joke and don’t get scammed like me. Agree with the VS comment. Quality merchandise from a reputable company. This is a Chinese company posing as a legit operation.

Couldn’t rate zero. But I give them a zero. F this company. Over priced Chinese goods with terrible communication and service. Just go get some underwear from Victoria’s Secret, save the hassle and 1 month wait time for the sweat shop to make your thong.

Dropshipping Aliexpress j’ai payé 40€ un article à 2€. Ça semble être de la super qualité mais c’est de la qualité très mauvaise… je suis dégoûté .
En réponse à votre réponse: arrêtez de me prendre pour un âne. Je fais du dropshipping depuis 2017 (à la différence de vous que je ne pratique pas des marges aussi abusives). L’expéditeur du colis est bien AliExpress

You cant return items to China without spending more than the items cost. Poor quality and poor customer service
