The worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs

I bought an EMS Foot Massager from them and it was a complete and utter piece of junk. The instructions say to begin using it on the lowest setting for safety. It didn't present any vibration at all. I increased the setting gradually and finally got the slightest vibration at level 10. by the highest level (19) I could just about feel it. In addition the remote only worked when held about 2-3 inches from the monitor, making it superfluous. I contacted the company and they tried every trick in the book to avoid the refund their advertising promised. They included offers of 20% and 30% discounts, even a new item AND a 20% discount on the original purchase. They just would not accept that I didn't wish to buy the rubbish they were selling. I even attached copies of their advertising banners and web site statements regarding refunds, all to no avail. 16 emails over a four day period later, I had to send them a video of the remote not working. Go figure. When I finally wore them down I received the original cost, WITHOUT the shipping which I had paid for, but with the sales tax which they had the temerity to reduce by 30%. Do not buy from this outfit. If I could post this with ZERO stars I would.

Don't bother even dealing with them. Saty away. Don't buy anything they are selling. Could not be more adamant.

Ordered WiFi ultraXtend only worked with a wired connection so obviously asked for a refund was offered 20% discount said no a refund please then offered 30% discount again no a refund please as item is faulty so got told have to pay shipping fee yourself not a problem would only be a couple of pound BUT then get told plus a handling fee.!! Principal kicks in and I refuse as goods are faulty
So I order something it is faulty or doesn’t work how advertised and get told yes you have to pay fees to return faulty goods absolute joke.!!

My advice avoid this company even though allegedly this is the top rated WiFi extender/booster

I had a problem with a device called Bloodvitals which claimed to measure blood glucose but it did not, it was a cheap oximeter. Content Labelproducts and they provided a full refund.

The product supplied was not as expected, and was so small and lightweight as to be no use - a colling fan which could not cool even the smallest room. It was also grossly overpriced - I found the same item on Ali Express for one third the price. Label Products then argued and argued about providing a refund, and even when they agreed deducted the cost of postage and an administration fee from the sum refunded, whilst misdescribing these deductions as "Sales Tax". This company work in bad faith and are out to rip you off. Avoid at all costs - do not buy from them.

I placed an order for a WiFi booster that was clearly advertised at £30.49. However before I’d finished checking the order details, my payment was processed and I was charged £33.29 for the item, along with £9.96 shipping fee and an unexpected tax of £8.65 totalling £51.90. These additional charges were never displayed and there was no time to check before the transaction went through, To make matters worse, the delivery address generated was incomplete. I emailed the company within seven minutes of placing the order to request a correction and raise the issue, and received only an automated acknowledgement with a ticket number. Since then, I’ve followed up with five separate emails and have yet to receive a single response. I’ve now requested a full refund and cancellation of the order but I’m not feeling very hopeful. If this is how they operate, I would strongly advise others to steer clear. // UPDATE I finally received an email response to say that my transaction had been voided. I did some research and this is an overseas company and the website they use to advertise are based in Gibraltar. They do not put this on their advertising - I would call it a very unethical trading company and I think I got off lightly with a lesson learned that I should always check Trust Pilot before I buy

This company misadvertised the product, comparing it to superior products which it in no way matched when it arrived. They used newspaper reviews placing their product at number one, which I can only assume were faked. My fault but I was completely had. Advise not to use this company

Do not order from this company at any cost. Customer service is no existent. My own experience has involved the company taking payment for my order which they did not dispatch and now they refuse to refund me. I’ve emailed many times and they don’t reply or if they do they completely ignore my requests for a refund. Will not use again and do not recommend
