I really hope people reading this find it useful.

If it can help one other small business, then writing this on this rainy Friday afternoon has been very worthwhile.

I trialled label.co.uk after my supplier kept letting me down with empty promises, delayed production and incorrect print runs produced. It was very stressful and something I did not need from a key print supplier as I manage my business day to day.

So I looked for alternative options online. I found label.co.uk and thought I would give them a try and I am so glad I did !

From the first point of contact with label.co.uk Mariola, Logan and the team have gone above and beyond with helping me order with advice, quotations and payment links.

I have always be provided with very competitive quotes and the delivery is fast.

The customer service is outstanding - all enquiries are answered on the same day in my experience and nothing is too much trouble.

I was unsure about ordering from Germany initially with any customs delays etc., but it has all gone very smoothly and they work with UPS so all that is taken care of.

I can see when the orders are in progress and dispatched and the system provides me with a tracking link which allows me to see the order status and delivery date.

Today's order arrived ahead of time which is very helpful for next week's scheduled production - which can now commence on Monday.

The team at label.co.uk deliver on time, every time. I expect it is a great place to work! They are a high performing team in my experience and certainly show all the qualities of a quality company - caring about their customers.

High quality printing with quick turnaround times and free fully tracked delivery. They even offer an express service on low print runs.

What is there not to love?

If you are reading this unsure whether to try them or not, give it a go! You really have nothing to lose - and who knows it may be the best purchasing decision you make for your business.

For my small - growing business - I am very glad I did. I now have a key print supply partner who I can trust and rely upon and that is essential for my business needs.

And they are also a pleasure to deal with! :-)

Total scam. Cancelled order seconds after placing. Refused to cancel it - why?! Unable to return and they promised a partial refund 2 months ago- no sign of it yet....

BEWARE, SCAM!! Another foreign company using cheap materials making out they are UK based!!
The worse company Ive EVER dealt with online, they also make the file setup so impossible that you have to pay for their design team to do a simple thing like a bleed. End product was cheap and we was to embarrassed to give to client .

Very happy with the quality of my label! It looks great! The service I have received from Sewwandi and Ara was very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend it!

Awful service ,they send you email your artwork approved but 10 days later you contact them and they tell you you didn't approve it . every email has a different response , i am really sorry i used them , never ever again

It's not acceptable to upload a job on September 26th, and get your order on 20th October. Their website clearly states 5-7 working days...yet I waited a lot longer.

And this isn't an isolated incident.

This kind of thing is common from this company (I've had similar issues with them in the past), which is why I won't use them again.

This time, I was waiting for an apology for the delay...a credit note...or something else.

But got nothing - except heavily delayed production.

I love their label upload service, but their general service is really poor. Be careful. Whoever is managing this company needs to be replaced.

Awful quality prints, £1500 worth of labels straight in the skip. Support offers no resolution at all.

Cheap nasty inks used, not fit for any purpose i can think of, you only have to look at them and the ink smudges or wipes off. How they can get away with selling this garbage is beyond me.

Avoid.

They run an automated order system. Beware if you are ordering 3 kinds of labels with slight differences, they will not work a cost effective price like other printers but three full prices! Graphic design professionals be aware they will approach your client direct and offer a knock-down 'paste-up' approach to doing the artwork as part of their printing costs. Under-hand and unprofessional.

Great company and I want to single out Ara Balde who has been a truly outstanding professional. Ara, since day one, has been a kind, knowledgeable, quick responder and simply a great person to work with. She provides great recommendations and does it in a friendly, effortless and efficient manner. This company is highly recommended, and we at Newgate, rely fully on Ara and her team to make our business a success too. Thank you Ara and the team at Label!

An extremely negative experience following the purchase of 5,000 labels for a start up sauce business. Terrible customer service, awful communication and poor quality printing.

The labels we received are unusable on account of blurred text and pixelated imagery. Nothing like the quality of the example samples provided or design files sent over by our brand consultant.

The company offered no reprint or refund and simply blamed our professional team, washing their hands of the problem entirely.

We have since had the same design file printed perfectly - exposing the validity of their reasons given for unusable prints.

Needless to say a very bad, stressful and costly experience at the embryonic stage of our business. We have learnt from our mistake and will be avoiding this organisation at all cost in the future!

I love working with this company. They are so friendly, helpful, professional and they provide quality finish labels. I have already ordered one batch of labels from them that included gold hot foil in the design, as I will be selling a premium quality luxury food product. The finish was perfect and the gold foiling came out amazing. Delivery was quick and the Label.co.uk team helped me every step of the way, as I am a new start-up business with little experience in the area of label printing. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a great quality label printing company with wonderful customer service and professionalism!
