New Home Owners Beware
Beware, your LABC warrantee is not for 10 years.
You have to inform the builder of any faults in the first 2 years and the builder is responsible for making good. Not LABC.
If the builder does not fix the issue, then you have to claim from LABC within 6 months of the end of the 2 year defects liability period. If you don't LABC bounce your claim.

Not impressed
Not impressed, is an LABC warranty worth the paper that it’s written on.
It’s within specification on LABC warranty Edition 8 but the is not within tolerance when Edition 9 supersedes Edition 8. It’s incredibly difficult to get a response from the Dispute Resolution Team at LABC.
The next stop is the Ombudsman for me to get a straight answer as the problem is now 12 months old and not getting sorted.
