The whole process was quick and easy and made much more complete by a call from the team to check all was as I had intended it.

Very quick and easy to use the website. Very straight forward and made writing my Will much easier than I thought it would be. I had a follow up phone call which was useful to answer any questions I had. A weight lifted off my shoulders now!

Absolutely brilliant
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of doing this. The help that I received was very professional & that one to one contact if you require it with one of the representatives is extremely reassuring as this can be very daunting at first, but I was definitely guided through it. I would like to thank Angela who was very patient & professional and who was there if I had any questions thanks once again.

Simple, easy and no hassles

Excellent process, so easy to follow and a quick follow up call to ensure all questions were answered.
Would highly recommend.
The lockbox is also a very useful tool as is the unlimited changes.

This is a fantastic service for an essential document. Price is very reasonable, the web-site and the questions asked are easy to answer and the follow up phone call I received shortly after completing my Will from the team was most helpful. The 'Vault' they offer to store all confidential information which will only ever be accessed when needed is a great addition too.

Great company and website very user friendly! Got to speak to Angela who was very professional friendly and willing to go through everything step step to help! I don’t know about the other staff but Angela is a credit to the company!

Easy online setup. Angela the Solicitor contacted us within a couple of days to go through and double check what we wanted.

Very polite and helpful staff, definitely would recommend this company

Easy website to use, didn’t take long to complete the details required. Follow up from Alana who was very polite and professional and advised me on other products I am interested in. Reassured me to contact her if I needed any further help. Now I can take a sigh of relief knowing everything is sorted for my loved ones.

Ilana was wonderful, helped me throughout the 45 minute on the phone. Cannot recommend the service and experience more.

Kwil makes it really easy and quick to get your will sorted. I am single and only needed a simple will, so did not want to pay solicitors’ fees. As well as being cost effective, I found the service very friendly and reassuring. A follow-up call gave me confidence that I wasn’t just dealing with a computer! The ongoing service offered at such a good price is very impressive too.

Easy to do and good follow up. Assuming there are no problems when I die, I'm very happy.
