Yoga is the only solution for all kinds of physical, mental & spiritual problems. Kushal Yoga has a vision to spread this yogic knowledge in schools, corporates & gated communities. Journey towards healthy lifestyle
I had the pleasure of attending Kushal Mudgar’s webinar yesterday (08/05/2025) and I am thrilled to have joined his community to embark a new journey towards a healthier lifestyle. Not only did we practice yoga(Indian exercises), but Kushal also introduced us to Pranayama and sound healing, which left me incredibly relaxed. I am eagerly looking forward to joining the Kushal Mudgar Community on Monday. I am excited to see the positive changes this bring out in me

Build muscle strength with your own body weight
I have attended the session yesterday. I am very happy I got to learn about our traditional fitness culture. At the end of the session I felt so relaxed and pleasant and also I knew each of my muscle felt the workout. I loved the part where we can use our own body weight to build our muscle strength. I am so excited to start regular sessions with mudgar and get stronger physically and emotionally.
