The attention to detail in the videos is outstanding. The course is streamlined and straightforward and Kung Fu Kendra's demonstrations with a partner make the techniques easy to understand. I also appreciated being able to use the videos to review key concepts as I progressed through the levels. That really made a difference in how quickly I was able to master the various techniques.

The instruction and progression from one rank to the next was excellent and Sifu Kendra's feedback is always prompt and very useful.
