Hi Jon,
Thank you for leaving feedback for our casino, I understand that it might feel frustrating if the games are not going as planned. As per the license under which our casino operates, we only offer games on our website that are guaranteed with a random outcome. This means, that the amounts of the funds that you're betting with don't affect the outcome of the games in any way. The randomness of the game outcomes also means that, from time to time, you might have luck on your side and keep winning in a row. However, it also means that sometimes you might be having a bad row. This varied changing of winning is caused by the randomness of the game results. The randomness of the games is always tested by an official detached 3rd party person.
All our games are provided by third parties and we can never ever affect win chances or amounts won. All third parties are then audited by completely independent firms. We recommend all our players limit their account under "Responsible Gaming" on your profile. You can limit your deposits, losses, time played, disable your account and even more. It’s important that gambling remains a source of entertainment and is never viewed as a mean of making money. If you are not having fun playing due to not receiving the desired outcome in games, then we strongly encourage you to consider taking a break from gambling.
Kind Regards,
Team Kungaslottet
