Total disappointment
The “egg” shaped bath bombs I ordered from Kumocos hardly fizzed at all in the bath, nothing even close to what the company showed in their video on their advertisement and their website. I bought two boxes, one box for each of my two granddaughters. Each box was around $59! Such a total disappointment. My daughter used two of the bombs so far, each in a different bath, the same failure, lack of fizz, happened each time. So it wasn’t like there was just one malfunctioning bath bomb. My granddaughter was so disappointed, as was I. All they happened was they made the water a yucky color. Maybe the company can send a refund, or send me two replacement boxes with bath bombs that actually work. The advertisement video was great, send me those bath bombs!

It is a brilliant peeler, shaver of fruit and veggies, I just have to adjust my peeling habits of the cheaper plastic models where I peel towards me. It certainly is the most economical shaver that I have seen so far.

I did receive a full refund for the drain screens that did not fit in any of my sinks. It only took 4 emails and 2 months but I do appreciate the fact that they refunded my total costs. Now what do I do with them?

I ordered three dog hair removal mitts from Kumocos. Although I didn’t find the product that I ordered to be exactly what I wanted, nor to be as efficient as advertised, I was very, very impressed with the customer service representative named Durian. He listened to my request, asked for my input and fulfilled my request for a refund in record time! I would not hesitate to order from this company again because of the fine customer support that I feel I can trust.

Advertisement of dinosaur blanket is displayed with stuff heads from the blanket like a potrutung stuff head of the dinosaurs.
I have an orthistic grandson and the purpose of my purchase of the blanket is to reduce his ansiety. I’m very disappointed because I fell in your fraudulent advertisement on line.
I’m sure you have parents and grandparents and should not be fooled to purchase an item that is not what you show in the advertisement.
I was looking forward to give this blanket to my grandson but is sitting on the table to return to company. Send stamped return label so I can sent it back to the company.

We used it on a cabbage and it shredded fine not that easy to use. Tried it on carrots and went back to my peeler.
Your advertisement shows it’s great but sure not what it showed. I bought 5 gave 4 for gifts wouldn’t do it again.

What a rip off
After communicating with the company and getting a full refund, I am happy.
What a rip off. I ordered six Easter eggs. There was no foam or bubbles just an egg that dissolved down the drain, just like the $61.00 I spent on them. The “toy” was less than an inch high dinosaur, very tiny and a choking hazard. Even the dinosaurs would be embarrassed. Total disappointment, kind of like my first boyfriend.

natural bath bombs not as advertised
Purchased the natural bath bombs for kids. The sales videos are totally false advertising (probably AI)… the foam is nothing like advertised and the toy is a tiny fraction of the one shown in the ad. I would not purchase again. Only gave it two stars instead of one star because it was better than nothing for my son.
