Great service and excellent product quality, never had a bad experience with Kula.

The left strap of the back pack completely detached 2 days into a 4 day hike carrying 10kg of weight. This was my very first time using the back pack.

The customer service team told me I only had 7 days from purchase to make any returns. So no warranty and no customer service, even if it breaks. Mental.

I ordered a backpack cooler combo. It wasn't inexpensive. They were upfront about long shipping times so Im ok with that. But the zippers on the backpack are not very durable and the one that holds the cooler to the backpack was broken right from the start. Kula offered to send another one and let me keep the original. However I dont need two sub standard backpack coolers.
I requested a full refund in three different emails.
They won't respond. I filled a Dispute with my CC company. Hopefully I'll eventually get a refund.
I would have used them again if I had gotten a refund but not now. Very poor customer service and the one broken product I received was far overpriced for the quality.

Followup on 03-25-26
Kula finally responded to me and had already sent a replacement item and it was in the USA.
It delivered today and at this moment it seems to be holding up well. The zipper I had trouble with was sewn in much straighter and seems to be joining correctly for now. Even though I requested a refund I'll give Kula some credit for replacing it in a timely manner and getting back in touch with me.
Bumping them up to 3 stars.

the 2 times i ordered from kula tactical, were bad, they dont allow me to write on their website so i'll do it here, the top and bottom clothes sizes are wrong and everything comes from china and its overpriced you can get the same thing from aliexpress.

This company advertises in $ (US in reality) and 2week delivery times but they did eventually deliver.
