I had an issue with an item I had purchased over a year ago. It was resolved immediately with no problems and good advice was given about the care of the replacement item

I love Kuhn Rikon! Great customer service. Vikkie responded very kindly and solved my issue with one of the pans very quickly.

I needed advice on exactly what to purchase and Vikkie’s help and sound advice were superb. Kuhn Rikon’s customer service is excellent! Pans arrived so promptly; and although I’ve not utilised yet it is obvious they are top quality. Having contacted customer services about a problem with one frying pan, that occurred about 5 months after purchase, was advised to return the pan for further investigation, customer services were friendly, professional and dealt with the complaint and replaced the pan without quibble. Communication was prompt curteous and professional. Excellent quality kitchen products.

I have found this company to be of top quality I had a problem with my food chopper and spoke to a very nice lady in there customer service explained the problem and she solved the problem well done to her and the company for her kindness and help

I ordered a new handle and grip for my pressure cooker. They both came very promptly. However I had ordered the wrong handle as I had not realised the pressure cooker was so old - pre 2005.
I have just been informed that the correct handle has been despatched as a straight exchange.

Quality of items bought is better than any other I have had - and I cook a lot.

I enrolled on their website but did not get any autoresponse and when I tried to sign in, having registered previously, I got a message telling me "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later."
I also left a chat message online about their bread knife, and how to sharpen it.
I got no response from the chat.
They did respond to my email but said "we can’t locate an account under your name or this email address unfortunately"
As for the knife sharpening question, they told me "The bread knives can be sharpened using a standard knife sharpener." [note they did not refer to the model of knife I specified]
This is unbelievable! The bread knife has huge scallops and has a special coating and I don't believe it can be sharpened using any old sharpener!
As for not recognising my email or account - they don't even care! How could they not recognise it when I officially registered on their site? And they offered no solutions!
I was going to buy an expensive pressure cooker but I will have to give it a miss. I would not be able to either buy, or register the product or buy spares.
And they don't give a damn!

Wow Kuhn Rikon have dealt with me in a marvellous way. Vikkie looked after me, found my piece of the marvellous cheese ratchet grater (grates chocolate too). Vikkie found the part and is sending it to me. This is within 2; hrs. What a company. I have a few knives etc if Kuhn Rikon and have found their products to be well worth buying. Thank you Kuhn Rikon and especially Vikkie.

Excellent customer service,friendly,efficient and fast.All e mails are acknowledged on receipt so customers are not left wondering if their communication has arrived.
The quality of Kuhn Rikon products is superior-my peeler is as sharp as when purchased (many years ago )and the can opener is of a great design which doesn't touch the food.
Ratchet pepper Mills work really well.

I have bought several Kuhn Rikon Culinary Fiveply pans recently. I have found the customer service provided to be excellent with prompt positive responses to queries. Delivery is fast and the quality of the pans is superb. I don’t expect to have to buy another set of pans and in this case I believe you get what you pay for.

The quality of these products is second to none. The knowledge and helpfulness of the office staff is amazing , they go above and beyond what ive come to expect of any customer service. From point of sale to delivery and beyond is exceptional which is why they have made a customer out of me for life.

I had purchased a Crepe pan, and after using it for a few months, I found a fault in the coating of the pan. I reported it to the consumer service with photo evidence. I received the replacement pan without any issues. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Contacted customer service yesterday after an age authentication failed online and we were going round in circles with the process , the lady who we spoke to authorised the transaction and said we would get a email to confirm the transaction, all good so far until we asked if she would stay on line until we received the email to which her voice tone changed and said “ I don’t have time for that, I’m too busy !!“ , we came off the phone and was shocked by such a rude response, we understand it maybe a busy time but she was surely at some point given training by the company on how to speak to customers when your job is customer service?, first and last order we will be making .

I had an issue with my pressure cooker base delaminating I was not sure how long I had had it so sent in pictures, I had a reply the next day and it turned out to be almost 16 years old.
whilst disappointed this had happened I was impressed with the prompt reply and service so ended up buying a new one with the current discount on sale.

I purchased my Duromatic pressure cooker many years ago and when it needed replacement parts I looked to Kuhn Rikon for them. How refreshing to be able to purchase parts and ask for it to be serviced in the disposable world we live in. The service was completed within a week of them receiving the item and it is now on its way back to my kitchen! Vikkie Peer has been a joy to communicate with! Thank you Kuhn Rikon, you have a customer for life!

Super quick delivery and amazing customer service! Jackie, the advisor I spoke to, was so patient while I called my mum to double-check which parts she needed for her old (pre-1998) pressure cooker. She was really friendly and made the whole process easy. The website’s also super simple to use — especially for finding spares. Honestly, 5-star service all around. Keep it up, Kuhn Rikon! 👏
