Excellent service in an emergency
My house was broken into and 2 glass doors at the back were smashed. Krystal Glass came out really quickly and boarded it all up. They came back within 48 hours and fitted the new glass. Fantastic speedy service at a reasonable cost.

Very good company
Very good company, they put a temporary cover the broken glass then fixed a new one days later.

Competitive, efficient and friendly
Krysal glass was competitively priced and efficient. They were flexible and accommodating when it turned out there was more to the job than I had thought. Very pleased with the result. Would recommend.

The initial consultation was quick and professional. Communication between quote and completion was lacking and frustrating, however a discount was applied, which we appreciated.
Overall the work was great, but Communication was poor.

Actual installers were excellent
Actual installers were excellent, careful and efficient.
However the original quote, based only on an emailed photo, was very inaccurate so the final cost was almost double the initial quote. But I had already agreed a partial payment with my insurance company by then.
Not a perfect result.
