Great All Round Service
Hadn't heard of Kronen-p0ps before so wasn't sure what to expect but pleased to say service has been excellent. My items arrived quickly and well packaged. One item was missing so when queried, I got a reply on a Sunday, apology and replacement item along with an additional complimentary item. Excellent service, went the extra mile and won't hesitate to order from here again.

Svar fra Kronen-p0ps
Hi Nick,
I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude for taking the time to share your experience with us on Trustpilot.
I'm truly sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your order, especially given that it was intended as a Christmas present. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I understand the frustration and disappointment this delay may have brought, and I want to assure you that we genuinely did our utmost to expedite the process. The challenges we faced with stock delays during the busy holiday period, compounded by unpredictable flight and customs delays, made it an exceptionally challenging season for us.
Your understanding during this period is deeply appreciated, and we've taken your feedback to heart. Moving forward, we'll be revisiting our Christmas delivery cut-off dates and making adjustments to better accommodate potential delays in the future.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If there's anything else we can do to make things right or if you have further thoughts to share, please feel free to reach out.
Wishing you all the best,
Dan

Dan was really helpful!
Dan was really helpful, the estimated delivery date ran a little over, but I contacted Dan and he was great - I only got twitchy as they were gifts for staff. Great products and thank you for sorting me out, appreciate it!
